OK,for the last 3 years after reading on getbig all the time about how some people need to get a life and eat pizza once in a while and that sort of stuff,I did just that.
Reduced my training from my usual 5 days a week to only 3 days a week,ate anything I wanted to eat in moderate quantities..............
.then I went out of control,I would eat one shitty meal a day,and binge on junk constantly for the rest of the day and night.
1 gallon of ice cream in tow days,a whole fucking pie in two days,tons of sandwiches with mayo and shit like that,subs,big bags of M&M`s while watching movies,etc. etc.
I lost my enthusiasm to train but still half heartedly pushed through 3 semi-decent workouts per week.
The result of this is that my waist went from 31",to 36".....then I got on a new med for my depression issues which only after gaining 3 more fucking inches on my waist did I find out from the web that it threw excess weight on just about anybody who used it.
Read tons of testimonials from people who gained 30-40 pounds on this shit in no time flat.
MY FUCKING WAIST WAS 39" FUCKING INCHES AT A BODYWEIGHT OF ONLY AROUND 180-188.

Now my waist is 31" again and I`m looking to get it down to 29"-30" by the North America in Sept.
At 56 this shit doesn`t get any fucking easier so eat right and take your vitamins kids!!
