Good solid physique bro. What's your training, diet, cycling look like?

4-5 meals per day'
meal 1 egg beaters,turkey or turkey bacon,2 slice wheat toast,or 2 packets oatmeal
meal 2 2 scoop whey ,banana,peanut butter
meal 3 chicken,brown rice,
meal 4 chicke,beef,rice or pasta if wife makes good dinner,vegetable
train
meal 5 2 scoops whey with either cheerios in the house for kids lol,,,or i make pudding protein mix,,,
i eat at least 3-4 servings fruit per day everyday even weekends,
additional is to me junk but kinda clean [whole grain chips,salsa,graham crakers,low fat wheat thins,frozen yogurt ,i just work these in depending on how i feel.
training 4 day per wk
mon abs,chest ,tris
tues off
wed back,bi,abs
thurs delts,forearms,calves,
fri off
sat legs top to bottom
sun off
zero cardio,,,4 days works for me have 2 kids and i'm 43 so recupp is important.
reps for most part 10-15 range and i do lower rep set 5-8 certain exercises,train fast i go partner go 1 hr to 1:20

in relation to total legs yeah calves could us a bit but still i think they still go ok with rear legs ,yeah on second part you never know i stay in shape all yr and at my 'age'bulk smooth seems at this time not worth it...

lol,,,no worries man it's all good,,fluff thread here anyway ,,if asked i'd post a workout with weights/reps/sets used ..i do on the mature thread with donny and the crew i get specific,,,dj i do like db rows and do them usually every other back workout,,i have a pretty strong back lots of rows,chin's ,pulldown work and still manage 100's for 8/10 on rows at the end of workout,,i'l try 120's to see ;D either 1st or somewhere in there i have most energy...

felt really good. pump was real good,feeling l/s gaining by the wk,,for those that followed along injury is healed just trying to get strenght 100pct
fdb press,,40,50,55,60,60,reps 12is on lighter set /60's low reps /60's felt good right arm tearing it up/l/s got fatigued 6 rep mark ok,,,
seated hammer press x3 2 45's per side then added 5 then 10 ,,finished with drop 2 plates and 25 per side then dropped for few more reps
inc press x3 felt good here just pumped
inc flye x2 30/35 repped 10/12 good pump
cable crossover x2 with feet elevated push ups
tried some dips to see did 2 sets of 5 on own i could not do' 1' 2 wks ago,so improved plus no pain.

You ever come to a point where you couldn't shove another piece of chicken, fish, etc down your mouth?
meal 1 egg beaters about cup with turkey and broccolli or usually some low fat cheese sprinkled..cup or 2 coffee black ,,2 slices grain bread
meal 2 then either packet oats or greek yogurt with scoop whey protein 2 either
meal 3 chicken and brown rice or tuna made with honey mustard or balsamic dressing on whole grain bread or turkey on whole grain
meal 4 dinner at home
train nite time
meal 5 whey protein with either cheerios or low fat ice cream mixed with whey i like some sugar carbs after training,,
so with some meals i have banana,apple,orange somewhere i eat at least 3/4 fruits per day
salad every nite with dinner
vegetables 2/3 servings per day
i usually snack on either low fat wheat crackers lol,,,or a couple granola bars all flavors i like them,,,
that's pretty much day to day,,weeekends i might eat pizza,pasta on sun nite italian tradition and bread olive oil real bread ,,, ;D
i do zero cardio :),,,space meals 3 or so hours no biggie,,somedays eat less,,,i eat a good amount protein ,,mod carbs ,,some fat,,some nites after training i'll eat some tablespoons peanut butter ,,red meat 2 meals per wk ect,,,

I have an olive toned complexion. I tan very easily and pretty much never burn. When I was a kid, I lived in the sun and in the summers would get really dark. So far I've made it to 70 years of age with no skin cancer. I suspect the fact that I don't burn is a big factor. There are a couple of reasons I like to tan in the winter. Oregon can get pretty dreary during the long rainy season. Tanning cheers me up. I actually think I look healthier with some tan. These days, I don't "work on" getting a tan like I did when I was a youth. A little color goes a long way.
My daughter likes to ply me with face creams lotions. Actually, I don't need them. I have oily skin and very few wrinkles. I suspect what few wrinkles I have are laugh lines because I laugh a lot. Heck, they just add character. ;D

when I was a kid I was skinny,SKINNY LEGS as well,,they responded pretty quick to heavy training,,and I've had a love affair ever since with training them,,i do very intense /heavy/rep training it all varies,,,i do squat heavy at times 405 heaviest set reps in 8 range...
