I diet enough,keep my self in check as much without killing myself,there aren't too many 45 yrs olds that can acheive/maintain what I've done.actually from front i'm a bit safer ,I hold it in my lower back I hate it $:-\$ ...

I was just mentioning similarities.

I also get a lot of fat on my chest.

I have to be really fat to have a gut. i would probably 25% with a flat stomach, with love handles and tits and huge legs.

I didn't take it to hard lol,,,you know get big,anyway u know when you are in great shape u feel no flaws,,lol,,,but I competed as kid and I could only say that's was as sick looking as I could get,to still have close to that makes me feel good 'at least on a physical level'as narcissistic as bbing is.i love the challenge still.thanks for the props
