I understand about international. It wasn't that long ago steroids were not controlled here. Over 20 years ago this friend shipped a huge box stuffed with testosterona, anadrol, everything under the sun basically. The roids didn't get him in trouble in as much as the liquid codeine, demerol, vallium. He only did a year for that but if it was done today he would be looking at over 20 guaranteed years after pleading down from the 50 years proposed from the prosecutor. Things were much better in the 80's as you well know....lol.

the journey began long time ago ,, i have very serious elfs on other boardings,, i have few profesionals on othr boardings profesionals you KNOW,, the journey began back in 2007 when i decided to take gh15 very serious and to change the cult,, what i do now is put more knowlegable bodybuild in elf position where they can shed light on quality and other issues that will help bodybuild,, i need only 2 but decided to take 4 because there are couple high level bodybuildrs with lots of experience that i can not pass on ,, they will be very good for observing quality and other issues

You can do a mailing list type of setup, where you can send an email and everyone in the list will get a copy. Or you can set up a page in Facebook and post stuff there. If you want a closed message board where only your boys can see what you post, you need to do the SMF thing I've mentioned. You can set it up so they have to be logged in to access what you've posted.

That's true, but I won't say it can be hacked "easily". Plus, you run that risk with every site online, incl. this one and big sites like Facebook. Hacking an SMF isn't simple, but if the site owner uses scripts that are outdated or 3rd party software that has weaknesses, then yes, it can be done.

swisher was an average chef,, dotn ever compare him to the greats,, he did manage to get good brown tops that were distrbuted along the cult but he was average chef which some very risky product that put the strongest bodybuild in big trouble,,i wont elabortate because you not in the ned to know and not part of the top were i would chare with you anything,,

It took me a whole damn year to figure out how my body responds to different doses of test for example..and thats only one compound. There are so many different compounds and so many combinations that experience can not be overlooked IMO. No way in hell someone with less than a decad of juicing under their belt knows their stuff THAT well. It takes time to learn. Also, dont think every "freak" can help you and knows what they are talking about ..Your best off asking a guy with sub par to average genetics who turned himself into a freak.

Hell yeah, we train. Every time I step foot in the gym it feels awesome. I love getting pumped up and throwing the weights around. But the thing is, there's only so much you can talk about.
I think from what I've seen that you're a great trainer who's intuitive, knowledgeable and can pass on a lot of valuable lessons to clients and trainees. On a message board though, there's only so much of that you can really discuss. It's a lot more hands on. And I'm sure that even you can appreciate that there isn't too much that can be discussed. You get to a point where you're maxed out and the only appreciable advices can be dispensed no where else but in the gym.
gh15's given a lot of very helpful training advices, but his guidance and advices regarding hormones and lifestyle are far more helpful than anything, bar none. Bodybuilding after all is an all-drugs sport.

I don't know what to say. I am speechless. This is an honor bestowed on me that I could never have foreseen or predicted. I didn't even consider putting in an application because I deemed myself unworthy. After all, I'm not as "plugged in" to the cult as the rest of the others. Virtually all that I have learned has come from this board and the bible. In fact, the only boards that I go on are this one and Lewelyn's BOS which is no more. Whenever I go to any other board it's due to it being linked from here.
I accept this great honor with humility and gratitude.
