Do you have a step-by-step "algorithm" you use when you see an attractive woman you'd like to bone? What do you do in that situation? How do you approach et cetera?

Yeah, the thing with women is that if you give them respect you are then at their mercy, but you can't not give them respect unless you are in a position in live where you aren't dependent on a woman for anything. Not a job, not socially, in aspect can you give a woman power in your life.
If this is not the case, you just have to understand that they act on motives like power hunger and selfish greed, a woman's will is really nothing sacred. as far as a literal manual, well let's say you're on a date and it's awkward, you think you should say something, don't say anything just look at her. Women will say I like this kinda man, that kinda man, but in an obvious way. They will say fo rinstance "my father was very domineering." Then they will wait for you to say something like, well I'm dominent but not overly so. If you do this they know you are trying to please them, they give you a judgement of a man and you project it onto yourself. Don't be a little mouse who waits for her to build a maze. Their judgement doesn't matter, they in the long term don't want their judgement to matter, because if they are put in a place to make judgements and decisions they will start to have panic attacks and insomnia because this is no place for a woman, it's the mans place to have this role of responsibility. It's a frightening positiona dn women are nervous cowards. They like the power trip they get from it, but this is a short term, fleeting high that is replaced with anxiety.
Most of all don't think that you are obligated to entertain hot women's desires, if a woman treats you like I said a mouse that has to solve a maze, be her friend and tease her with the possibility of your love, but don't give in, be strong. Wait for the woman who will be your little mouse and instead building her a maze, you lift up the maze and let your love be a liberating thing in her life. Women look up to men, all men have power to women, the power not to have to smile everywhere a man goes, the power not to be a people pleaser. Women try to hide this worship they have for men, but again this is them chasing the fleeting power trip. Ignore these women, but don't reject them harshly, reject them warmly with some affection so to speak, being a good disciplinarian.
And this is really my advice, be a disciplinarian of women, don't be a whore who sleeps with every woman and trades his integrity for status, or to be one of these pick up artists, because for all the self confidence you think they have, they are indeed sad whores who go out knowing they gotta sell themselves every night, then they come back and sell their lies of alpha maless for status or money. See through their bullshit like the bullshit of women who get off on corrupting a man's integrity.
Reward only good girls with penis, but discipline bad girls gently so to speak, always keep the possibility of penis as an illusion for them to chase, but don't give in be strong

i weighed myself today and i'm close to 150, i'm putting weight back on that i lost oh ephedrine. cant complain though i look good

That's a lot of shit to down. I had 6 eggs whites and a bagel for breakfast, will eat a salad with grill chicken and 1 can tuna for lunch and dinner. That's it for the day. I'm still 70 ins 204 lbs which I was 2 weeks ago on a meal or two a day. three meals if i have time. do bodybuilders really need to eat all the shit to maintain weight? i'm just asking, so don't mind me.

What you described there as all you eat in a typical day is only about 1,000 calories. So you're saying to maintain you only need about 5 calories per lb bodyweight? ::)

It's all calculated.
Basal metabolic rate (for my height, weight, age, gender) +
TEF (at 10%) +
TEA (at 40% on training days) = maintenance
20% surplus over maintenance in order to gain weight.
makes for roughly 3900 calories.
At this rate gaining about a pound (or slightly less) per week, without drugs.
