oh yeah. i forgot about nunn. its kind of unfair..the guy just turned pro a few years ago. i didn't realize he was even 40. but he was like 36 when he turned pro :-\ according to gh15 guys in there late 30-40's can't make improvements..i guess he was wrong ;)

not true. i don't have time to read all of his posts but i gh has said a it is all down hill...in so many words for a bber in his late 30's early 40's. its really the only major thing i disagree with. i feel like the majority of what gh says

I wouldn`t doubt that he`s using more,but you can see that he has torn his arms up or some fucking thing,as they have atrophied bigtime.
He probably also hasn`t trained hard or if at all in many years until recently.
He also looks as if he has/had a drinking and recreational drug problem,but who knows.

gh is everything,, you cant get no where in competetive bodybuild with no gh ,, and in the gymnasium? why woudl you train with no gh? you cant look impressive,, you may look 170 ripped 180 190 ripped but....you just wotn hit no 200lb ripped with out gh ,, and today if you are not 200lb in good condition then you are playing in kindergarden,, im for bodybuild i like the smaller fellas 140 160 ,, but in reality in today world....fellas dont even look at you unless you are 190+ 5'10 conditioned,, that mean 5'7 170... if you are under no one even look at you

corect,, no progress,, th eprogress wil be in your mental ,, from being half as to being sharp for comeptition ,, but if you take pictures,, take close digi pictrues you will see you are exactly where you were before at your best with out gh ....this is not progress,, progres is gong from 194lb on stage to 204 lb on stage and be same bodyfat...progress is the way your bud bud ron heris ....decided to add trenbolona to an already hgh stack and improve upon it so he can go on stage and look like he lift weights.. and can do heavy weight,,

I`m not trying to be an asshole,but I think going from 194-204 is quite possible using gear alone.
If you are correct,then everyone who is not willing to use Growth Hormone should just take up checkers or play darts or some shit. :(

I remember Dave Draper writing an article about the "case of the disappearing triceps." He was having the same problem. That as he got older and even though he still trained them just as hard as ever, it seemed like his triceps were just disappearing. Look at Ferrigno. Same thing. It's like the muscle get shorter making the lower part of your upper arm, near the elbow, become thin.
Of course there are exceptions like Bennafatto, Strydom and Labrada but not many.
According to Wikipedia Roland is only 44 years old. There are still guys competing successfully at that age. He looks so much older.

for your level of competitin ys hgh is due ,,you can pull another 2 years with out it but it wil be VERY HARD to progress,, you will basicaly have no life to make very very little progress,, you introduce gh ....and you will inprove 10lb within record time

Ya, I will never junmp on stage without gh, that`s for sure, just a matter of, if I want to take another stab at bodybuilding or not, after hearing everyone here trashing the sport over and over again is very discouraging.

Most people don't. When people start training, everyone wants big arms, but what they are really thinking about is a big bicep. In time, you learn that good arms size and aesthetic has more to do with tricep than bicep. For arm mass, tricep is where it's at. ;)

Triceps = 2/3 of the upper arm mass.
