OK, I used a bench press band... 8)

I have never used anything like that before, my training partner had it and I was curious. Anybody has experience with this stuff?
Anyway, last week I did 6 x 365 on my own...so for me it helps like 100 lbs...
Still I think I'm gonna use it like once a month, to be able to handle the big weights better and to increase my strength.

Never did reverse band bench...looks similar tho...except that sling shot stuff only helps in the lower half of the movement.

that sling shot stuff only helps in the lower half of the movement.
Also it's gonna help to handle the bigger weights better...and anyway, I'm doing 6 sets before I use this, 9-14 sets after I used it...gonna use it for like once a month...so my chest gonna be OK anyway...

I didnt see steve lift just took me to a page where it showed like 10 people benching with that stupid bench sling. How about just using some chalk :-\watch franoc columbu bench and take some notes steve. he was not all drugs and lifted way more than you!post the link where you are benching 455. It's for powerlifters, not for bodybuilders. You don't need it if you wanna build a great chest. But I'm interested in powerlifting too so I tried it. Where's the problem?
And I started this thread because maybe somebody else wanna try it too. That's all.

it's amazing what 25mg of winny ED and a low HRT dose of test will do.
the slingshot does not give you 100lbs, not even close. I've never heard of anyone getting more than 50lbs on it, so if you really did that much then you should be good for 405 x 5 bench at least.

Just started 300mg Test. Prop a week. Still Ben Pakulski laughed his ass off when he heard it. ;D Also 40-60mcg Clen a day.
I don't think I can do 5x405 now with good form but I'll try it in 2 weeks.

I don't think I can do 5x405 now with good form but I'll try it in 2 weeks.
I wonder how you split up those 300mg .. considering that most test p comes in 50mg/cc , 100mg/cc or 150mg/cc and most bodybuilders would use it ed or eod... that means you have to pull out like 0,857 cc if you're using a 100mg/cc version eod.. would it not be easier to just draw out 1cc instead and just use 350mg/week ?

A BB never uses a half full syringe , it's always full or it's a wasted injection , he is shooting 300mg ED or EOD Not per week

You used to be liked here for your honesty , now I know you are now "known" in this industry and talking of your real doses would be frowned upon so it's best to not mention doses at all - like hell you are running 300 mg of prop only a week - thats less than what a female bb would run offseason - and forget the clen that isnt a steroid.. if you truthfully are only on 300mg of prop a week then you left off the huge amounts of other stuff .. dont mention doses at all on here if you are going to lie - we are not stupid bro.

Nah I just try to avoid fluctuating hormone levels to minimize side-effects. Test P should be used at least every other day to have somewhat stable hormone levels .. using it three times a week or even twice would lead to ups and downs in your hormone levels .. not really something that you'd want. I always experienced more side-effects when being sloppy and skipping an injection.
To me this is not complicated but pretty basic.. I think you can have better gains and less side-effects when using 100mg test p eod (350mg a week) instead of just using 100mg on monday and 100mg on thursday for example.

Prop...the most was 700 mg a week...and yes I looked like 3-4 times better than now...because I was using other stuff too.

Franco columbu was lighter than you by like 30 pounds maybe 40 pounds and he could lift way more than 405 for 5 reps on the bench and he wasn't such a roid junkie. if you are using prop or suspension those are best when used everyday to keep hormone levels stable. shooting 300mg prop every week makes no sense. 100mg a day makes sense. steve you are a confusing man. one day you are lifting 85's for 5 sets. now you are usingg some gay looking sling. i think you should scratch the sling and man up like franco and becnh 455 raw. for 8 -10 reps like franco could c'mon he was your height and even weighed less. plus he didnt use HGH,insulin and all that dope you use. even if you are being truthful franco could still be on 300m prop and lift 455 for 8-10 reps. and I wont even get into what he could do on deadlifts. plus the man could blowup and pop hot water baloons that takes some serious strength and crazy lung capacity. you could never do that! you are not that great! as for powerliftingg franco would make you look like a little child! and he never used those gay slings. your free weight set was somewhat impressive Ill give you that. I think you could bump that weight up and you used good form wich is nice to see. you have some potential but need to train your core muscles a little more. you dont have lats like franco. or have as stron as a back. and franco used minimal AAS when he was off-season. just got better drugs than you and used very little. you use way more AAS and HGH than franco ever did and he would crush you if he was in his prime. even fakhri mubarak who was a IFBB pro would do sets with 405 bench and could do sets of 8-10 easily and he was about your height but weighed a little less. I would stick to the free weights and bump up the wieghts as you seem to be very strong on the flat bench I think I saw you using 165pd dumbells with no problem and great form. you need to use 200's and when you bench get back up to 405 and do sets of 8-10. your not that strong for your weight especially with the hormones like I have said 3 times. 300mg prop and some clen-LOL what else??? if thats it your not using prop right. might as well use sust or maybe a longer ester like cyp or enan. id go with sust EOD that would be a better reccomendation than 300mg prop 750mg sust, 250mg eod.I could set you up on a great cycle you would blow up like nitro.

In steves defence there are low doses used on cruise cycles, especially with lighter Pros like him so it could be quite believeable. If he trains mon through to friday and takes the test prop mon wed friday the drop in test wont be that great over the weekend when he probably dosent train away! So yes as a cruise dose beileveable as a mass or precontest dose obviously not!! ;D

Franco never benched 455 for 8-10. He'd be incredibly lucky to do a double with that in his prime. Remember him struggling with a little over 4 plates near the beginning of "Pumping Iron"?

didnt see that you mean when he was benching on muscle beach thats really the only benching clip of him in pumping iron and arnold was making him laugh . I saw him on muscle beach warming up with 315.I also have seen him lifting 4 and a half plates for reps with no spotter! he also had the best pull-up form ever so wide gripped. the man was crazy strong. way stronger than steve namat. plus everything was raw! maybe a little chalk. franco could max 550lbs on bench weighing around 200lbs.He was a powerlifter/bodybuilder. dude was a freak! pd for pd he was stronger than almost anybody in that era. He also one a bunch of strongmen contest and I dont think there has ever been another bodybuilder who had the lung capacity to blow up a hot water balloon. Franco was a beast

this is true. like I said he would bench 455pds with no spotter. only did maybe 6-8 reps but thats alot of weight for someone under 200lbs. plus his deadlift weight was nutts. the guy was one strong dude pd for pd one of the strongest in that era. If you put him on todays pros stacks god knows what he could lift. He did these lifts mainly on the old trusted Test,dianabol and deca stack with may some halotestin. I know he bridged with anavar when he was supposively off cycle. but they didn't think it was that bad for the HPTA back then. but it is. alot of people didnt think anavar effected the HPTA that much or at all back then. Franco was not a megadoser like todays pros. I wish he had access to what todays pros have access to. he would of lifted some serious weight for his height and weight. being around francos height and weight he is a idol to me. hard work ethic.I appreciate any pro who posts here and steve is strong I was impressed with him lifting free-weights but he is no franco! It is nice to have a pro post here but I hope he isnt lying about his usage. he seems pretty honest to me. but only steve knows what he really takes. If he claims he is down to do a doping test than I think he is telling the truth. some guys are just naturally strong and do not need much juice. what brand is this prop? I have to get me some of this potent prop.
