Raw goat milk and kangaroo meat. Raw goat milk contains extremely pure lactalbumins that are very easily absorbed and have high bioavailability. Well, I was on over two grams of test a week when I benched 600 lbs, and I was assisted by a benching shirt. Even on two grams of test a week, I wouldn't have been able to bench more than 400 lbs for a single raw.
And I am not as big now as I was on steroids. I was 330 lbs then and now I am around 315 lbs now. The bodyfat is about the same. The reason why the difference is small is because I was a kid back then and I am a man now and your muscles are naturally much larger and denser when you are over age 25 than when you are an adolescent or in your early twenties.

The most I took was 2,500 mg of test(10 ampoules of Durateston), 600 mg of Deca(3 ampoules of Greek Deca) a week and 50 mg of dbol a day. Also, I am almost 6'5 with a huge frame.
There is nothing impressive about a 6'5 guy with thick bones on massive amounts of steroids being 330 lbs without being ripped. Even if I were ripped, it still wouldn't be that impressive given my height, frame and the amount of drugs I was on.
You guys act like my claim is impossible. You guys act like I am claiming that I was as big as Ronnie. I am much taller and with a much larger frame than Ronnie, and yet he had much less bodyfat at the same weight that I did. I was big, but not huge in terms of mass when you consider my height and frame. I would need to be 450 lbs at 4% bodyfat to have the same mass proporionally as a 5'10, medium-framed pro bodybuilder, and I was never even close to being this huge.
