Of couse that's real, you can tell by the sticking points, the guy is not a small guy and yes that is very impressive, and how else would the weights behave, they would do exactly that

regular bar -free weight..I got big triceps so i was really strong in this lift..also it's kind of weird I always push more seated, or incline presses than flat bench

Many lack triceps in this movement. They get the bar of their chests but then it stalls when the triceps start to take over.

I dont think so . I dont think there is any guy in this thread with massive shoulders who can't shoulder press 315. I can't even hold 315 on a shoulder press, not even fucken close..that's right up there with a 450-500 pound bench as far as I'm concerned. but I do know one thing , if I could shoulder press 315 I would have some massive cannonball delts.
I think For the most part you will carry as much muscle as how much weight you can lift. You will never get huge arms without being able to curl some serious weight. Unless your fucked like Tbombz of course, you'll take your bench from 200 pounds to 400 pounds on grams of drugs for years.. only to have the same sized chest you started with :)

I did 275x9.5 about two months ago at ...204 lb I think? And I never train that lift ( never means like once every two months) I use HS machines, etc. just waiting for someone to say ,,,post a video,,cuz I got one im just being lazy about puttin it on

some peple are just built for shoulder pressing...... doesnt matter if you have good delts... i have quite good delts but i cant military press 315

The bar bends on 315 if it is supported on narrow racks, of it is being bounced like a squat or the top of a deadlift.
It does not bend on a press at that weight in my experience and if it does is very very slight
