I just can't get over this image from another video, of a big white dude, slapping Jonnie hard on the back of the neck to motivate him for his deadlift!

LOL at Johnny starting out with some sort of dumbbell curl only to add weight and end up with half rep hammer curls. What a clown.

I'll save you all 5 minutes. The video starts with the black midget doing some dumbbell curls. He is utilizing the Weider half-rep principles and for whatever reason swings the weigh to a 90 degree angle..I'm sure it's for "constant tension" and demonstrates that elusive "mind-muscle connection". Next up, business really picks up. A white troll appearing to be high on some type of amphetamine comes over to give some grunts of encouragement. With form that would make Dorian Yates roll in his grave, he pumps out some hard reps..not sure how many, everytime I blinked, I missed three or four. Finally, the black guy mounts a bench for some reason, and really fries those bi's with some constant tension. Then Johnny tells us to eat good food and that it is, indeed, "on".

RESULTS are what matter in BB...half reps, full reps, slow, fast...whatever works is what's key.

at advanced stages of BB, he main point is blood volume...they're not looking at building a base, or even building a BP any more than it is...they're looking for a pump and filling he muscle with blood...

maintainence training is much different than building a foundation...

yeah because synthol + pump = growth. that's the formula once you hit a plateau, lol.

not to that degree, no...I trained with what I like to call 3/4 movement...didn't bottom out, or top out either....I liked to keep the weight in play, keeping constan Enron on the muscle group....

say what now? synthol would have nothing to do with a pump? what do you mean, when you spot inject oil into muscles you get a crazy pump feeling of tightness in the muscle and then training to a pump is just to further stretch the fascia out more. only reason training to a pump causes any gains is because of the SEO use.

breaking down and building up muscle tissue is still the core of bodybuilding...synthol looks like shit and does nothing to promote REAL muscle gains.

Only moronic amateurs use synthol...

cut/paste here makes sense what these guys are doing. Even its it's not exactly Fst-7 training

"Here is the truth about FST-7.

Yes, the protocol calls for about 7 high rep pump sets isolating a muscle group at the end of the workout. But there is a lot more to it. The key to the FST-7 protocol of expanding the muscle fascia involves regular site injections of a mixture of site enhancement oils and anabolics, injected into the specific muscle - usually a relatively high cc quantity. This is the primary mechanism of what actually causes the stretching of the muscle fascia - the high rep pump sets to induce blood volume are for site specific nutrient shuttling and secondarily, to increase long term expansion already induced by the large quantity of oil.

Furthermore, another key component ot FST-7 is localized IGF-1 injections as well as very high dose insulin usage immediately after the muscle has been completely engorged.

The FST-7 protocol works, but only for advanced drug users. If you are natural, or just on anabolics it wont do anything at all."

Chick me think you are a bit delusional....it would be much better to say its about getting as much chemicals one can get into the blood system first... only then can you support the ridiculous  training techniques shown in the videos by the so called professionals.

you're entitled to think whatever you want...but all the drugs in the world don't do a whole lot without the time in the gym, the dieting and the cardio...

Agree 100 %......my point is these guys would not be "training" in this fashion without them drugs you mentioned.  Chick should JJ be an example of how the majority of people wanting to gain muscle train?  Well he is when these types of video are put on the web for all to see.

No....and if we're to read my original post on this thread...you would see that I explain this type of training is not for guys looking to build a base.

They're not doing this as an instructional video...they're training for themselves, preparing for a show.

As seasoned pros...they don't need full ROM, they don't need conventional training.  That was my point.
