i want to shoot him, like in that vandamme movie where a few people get the time to run away, i picture branch on the ground moving like a wounded snake.

all i can tell you is this

anadrola and beef....steaks...etc NOT good idea ,, very heavy slow ,, middle of night heart slows down ,, the all system slow on you with gh or with out,,

anadrola and DEER....feeling liek yo eat fish ,, with the quality of meat ,, as in remain in system longer,, does the job

deer will make it easy on system to take stronger steroids,,,beef ...not so much it will cause problems when stronger steroids especialy orals go in

this is small things that no one will tell you beside me ,, no one will give a flyign fuck ,, but you ask for something else than fish so i tell you meat product that we use,, will someone tell you this? yes ...they wil also charge you prep money etc

Chronic wasting disease
--------------------------------

Since it is unknown whether chronic wasting disease (CWD), a transmissible spongiform encephalopathy among deer (similar to mad cow disease), can pass from deer to humans through the consumption of venison, there have been some fears of contamination of the food supply.[8] Recently, several known cases of the disease have occurred in deer farms throughout the United States and European farms in Scandinavia may also have had several cases.

Farmers now have had tests developed especially for the particular species they raise to obtain better results than those used on cattle.

Horse meat is supposed to be really good. I mean look at the animal itself.....just huge and muscular. Not that easy for everyone to get like dear though. I like rabbit cause its really lean but other than that its just regular boring bbing food for me.

I've never tried it, I do eat Ostrich a lot (steak, fillet, burger patties etc) I'd imagine it tastes pretty similar - very red, lean, strong flavoured meat. I spoke to Francis Benefatto (he lives here in Capetown) and he said a lot of french bodybuilders eat horse meat, I read Serge Nubret PIP used to eat a few pounds a day.

I think the french Canadians do too? Maybe Stavio will chime in...

Warthogs, they're very aggressive so I kept my distance there.

Impala are a dime dozen here... You actually get bored of seeing them when you go to game parks here.

Have been buying venison grill steaks and meatballs for a while, they are not very popular in England but sometimes they sell out where I shop. Delicious and very lean. not too expensive either. Good alternative for someone like me who is not a big fan of fish but doesn't want to rely on beef all the time.

For me I'm up for anything except dogs, cats, and rats. I would eat guinea pigs and capybara like they do in Peru and South America though.

I don't like the thought of eating anything that eats meat or is omnivous (pigs, rodents etc)...I've eaten flying ants here, the Zulus fry them in butter (not bad) I did have a guinea pig in Cusco (Peru) it's just skin & bone and the toughest, nastiest meat ever, I wondered why the waiters were chuckling when I ordered it  :D

Great thread.

Deer is one of the best forms of meat there is.

I have about 100 pounds of fresh venison in my freezer right now. I have a large tract of land that is filled with white tail and i take 2-3 down every year to stock my freezer.

I think i'll cook some back strap fillets tonight.

Could we eat less of it since it works better?
Right now I'm choking down 2lbs. chicken, 1lb. beef, along with some eggs or a shake and that's just to get my bodyweight in protein (320).  I hate eating like this, but its all I know.  I spend half my free time eating and the other half shitting it all out. LOL

Not really.  I'm a bloffy 320...and I didn't get here by eating clean.  I'm trying to do a little recomp and I'm using phase 3 principles.  My problems are I can't do a lot of tilapia (its twice as much as chicken here and my coworkers get super pissy when I heat it up on break) and anything more than a small carton of egg whites a day and I live on the toilet.

So I'm making it the best I can, if I want something, I eat it....but my normal meals are chicken and rice or some chili (lean meat washed, can of beans, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper).  Eating less would change my world in so many ways....but at the end of the day, my desire to be a barbarian warlord makes me keep eating.

Yeah I don't know if it really makes it leaner or not, but the idea sounded logical to me and I drain it in a strainer anyway so what's another minute under hot water.

From times to times, during my walks in the beach i run in to dead dolphins that came to shore. Sometimes their are still eatable.
Do you think it would be a good musclebuilding choice?

lol i see there wil belot of deer buying in thenext feew months,,

whati meant ws very simple...

deer will not make you feel heavy and will give you exactly the power the leaness and stomack hapinessthat beef gives you,, deer is as good aschikan and! most importently deer will make it eaier on system while adding in orals ,, you know that fulnness thickeness while you are lean....that is very hard to achieve with out orals....that also is very hard on the system if eating beef ans steaks and heavy food...and this is why we all eat fish and sushi all the time.... deer is something you will b e able to eat too in this kind of situation with out feeling like shit!

ofcourse icecream is there any time wil never change,, you need your protien shakes somehow and it should be from real icecream andreal eggwhites not from danta and sons sperm

At night my post workout meal is usually chicken with BBQ sauce cooked in the frying pan (very tasty) some broccoli (I kind of like it) handful of potato crowns thrown in the oven (yummy) and then a big bowl of reices ice cream or heath bar(best fucken ice cream in the planet) or a big bowl of cereal with whole milk. It helps fill in that extra space and gives you a satisfying full pumped feeling.

chicken breast cooked in george forman grill

salt pepper, and a sauce called peter luger steak sauce, it is a sweet sauce with lots of horse radish, probably can find this made by different brand

the way u know the chicken is cooked is this, hold it by one end with tongs, shake it, the second u see that it begins to have a little bit of stiffness to it it is cooked, actually a little over cooked as u want it in the stage between looseness and stiffness

boil some pasta, 2 minutes before it is done thro win brocoli

in a small skillet put olive oil, lemon juice and lemon peel, and garlin that is not finely chopped so it does not burn, does not take long dont cook out the lemon

in a bowl put th epasta and brocoly, poor strained oil, then sliced chicjen breast

alternative is to make salad instead of pasta, use a dressing called newman's own creamy italian, thank me later. the two sauces go together perfectly

Anyone eaten Ostrich or Kangaroo?  I eat organic ostraich meat a few times a month, and let me say, absoultuey delicious.  I can most desribe the quality, taste, look, and texture to that of Filet mignon.  Fellas you wouldn't know the difference between the two if I put them in front of you on a plate.  Ostrich meat is so tender and juicy  ;)  Also, it's leaner than chicken and turkey - (that people love to fucking rave about how healthy they are)

Wouldn't frying the deer with healthy oil be healthier source of fat than reeces ice cream?  And wouldn't have the sugar of the ice cream?  Would you only need the reeces for sugar spike when doin gh an insulin?  Why would one want dairy fat over a healthy oil?  Would healthy oil help with cholesterol while dairy fat not as much?

Better than your mom did last night.....(come on, you had to see that coming).....

An admirer of some anonymous guy on a message board who CLAIMS to be an IFBB pro, CLAIMS to have connections in DHS, CLAIMS to have gotten his citizenship at the white house, etc, etc, etc....

I got nothing against some guy offering advice and strategy on drug usage...lord knows I would never go down the road he has stated you need to if you want to be 'huge bodybuild'.  But to make all those claims, and then go off the deep end proclaiming himself to be a god...crying that he is leaving the board...but then stays because so many begged him to stay....WOW...absolute drama queen bitch!!!!

And yes, I meant disciple...because he considers the 'elfs' the people who will report back on drugs...a disciple is : a person who is a pupil or an adherent of the doctrines of another; follower

Agreed.

The only real point in which I differ with mighty gH is the idea that the biggest pros aren't also typically the strongest.  Yates, Coleman, Cormier (hey, he did hit like 255 in awesome shape, didn't he?), Francois, Ruhl, Bertil Fox, Levrone, JJ, Branch, Tom Prince -- those are some strong motherfuckers, and few men match them in either strength or sheer muscle size/thickness.  Shit, even Dex could bench 405 for 5-6 and "Chihuahua" Ray moved a pair of 150s or better on the incline like it was a regular thing.

On the contrary:

I can't speak to Fux, but Nasser's relative lack of strength is well-documented by Rob Fortney.  Plenty of people have said Dillet wasn't strong on any exercise.

So, two or three guys versus at least six or more ... I dunno.  I realize strength gains as a means of hypertrophy MUST be finite, but apart from simply upping the dose, I gotta say I reckon the best way to get bigger over time is to improve that 6, 8 and/or 10RM.

I agree, most are very strong. It could be argued that they didn't have to train that heavy (could of got the same results with more volume/moderate weight), so maybe that's what he's getting at. No need to kill your joints, unless you like lifting heavy, is what I've always got from his posts.
