Deadlifting like that is how I fucked my back up 5 years ago. It's perfect now again thank god but it troubled me for years after, ligaments kept getting strained over and over when I would train back. He's straight-leg dl'ing and stopping an inch or two from the ground and all it takes is a small jerk to tweak your back big time. I always leave the bar back to the ground after every rep and take a second to readjust myself for the next rep. Not injured myself since anyways.

Down hill has pretty good form, respectable weights. He just has utterly piss poor arm genetics - cannot build size at all.

Sadly, he won't come close to "moving on". Pro bodybuilding is a delusionary world, in which your friends, your family, your gymrats, your everyday conversations lead you to believe you are "freaky", "massive", and "future Mr. O" material.
I mean, look at the severe Cro-Magnon jaw on him at age 21. The guy is overstuffed on gear and still can't get the tape measure to break 19" in contest shape.
Reality Check: He'll double or triple the dosages, quit any semblance of a job he's ever tried to maintain, experiment with going up to 320 lbs off-season, treat people like shit, grow a massive gut, move to Vegas, let creepy photographers take creepier photos of him, mistake the EQ flu for swine flu, start injecting synthol in his arms, grow angrier by the day at how this whole "bodybuilding" thing isn't paying the bills and yet he's still treated like a celebrity when he goes to the gym or nightclub, beat up a girlfriend or two, piss blood, hit 30 and realize how stupid he looks and how he's wasted 10 years to make $50,000 total, give it "one more shot", place 16th at the New York Pro, fall ill, get off the sauce, re-emerge one year later and 75lbs lighter at age 32 as a personal trainer, blame the weight loss on some non-bodybuilding-related illness, come on Getbig, get owned by another reincarnation of Squadfather, meltdown, leave Getbig, move back to Manitoba or whatever 3rd world part of Canada he's from, fade into Bolivian, and only resurface as a thread by GBM asking "Whatever happened to Dan Hill?" in 2020.

I don't own a cell phone, or a camera, for that matter, so I don't have an easy way to "prove it", but I can easily out-deadlift Down H., and if you don't believe it, what do I care, really? I know what I can do and what I have done (in a powerlifting meet, raw), and my friends and family know what I can do and what I have done, so you believing me or not makes zero difference.
As far as suggesting it's easier to pull dead-stop deadlifts, you, sir, haven't a clue. Letting the barbell stop on the floor (after lowering it in a controlled manner) on each repetition, and letting the "slack" out to ensure it is dead-stopped, seriously makes the set that much more difficult. If you dispute this, I will outright state you know dick-all about the deadlift movement and have rarely performed the lift.
See, I started in with you ... and finished you off.

Gironda's 6 X 6 balanced Arms Routine
This is a variation on Vince Gironda's famous "Balanced Arms" course. Like many bodybuilding gurus, Vince vociferously commanded, "No deviations." Well, shame on me, but after I tried all his programs exactly as he instructed, I never could resist experimenting.
This routine consists of 3 pairs of supersets performed for 6 sets of 6 reps each. No rest is permitted between exercises. Take 90 seconds rest after each superset. Vince's original course suggested doing this routine three times per week. I tested various frequencies and got best results doing this routine once every 4-5 days and I'd recommend no more than twice per week.
A1 Straight Bar Preacher curl 6 sets X 6 reps
A2 Body drag curl 6 sets X 6 reps
B1 Rope extension behind head (lunge position, using high pulley) 6 sets X 6 reps
B2 EZ Bar Pullover and Press 6 sets X 6 reps
C1 Barbell Wrist Curl (roll to fingertips) 6 sets X 6 reps
C2 Barbell reverse drag curl 6 sets X 6 reps Here's another one for ya Mr. Hill,keep them pipes guessin and growin.. ;D
