Used it for the 1st time last night before sleep. I got tattooed yesterday for 4 hours and took it before sleep to help me get a good sleep as generally the quality of my sleep is not great. Slept fine tbh. Maybe a tad deeper. That's pretty much it. Took 1 bar. Any getbiggers use Xanax on a regular basic? Anyone use it sporadically? If so, how do you feel on it? How do u sleep. Should I up the dose?

I get .5mg pills to fly because I can't stand flying. I have taken as many as 4(2mg) for a flight, with alcohol, and it doesn't do shit except when I land, I don't feel the flight was that long, but I know it doesn't make me tired. I have noticed however, it works better for my flight anxiety when I don't drink anything while taking it. I get a script for 15, and that usually lasts me 3 flights round trip.

Im not one too judge people and how they live thier lives, what they put in their bodies, etc.............BUT BENZOS are only for people who have ANXIETY DISORDERS, im not even prescribed benzos and i have 4 differant anxiety disorders. Benzos and SSRIs can both be used to treat ANXIETY DISORDERS, however SSRIs work MUCH BETTER for treating anxiety disorders.

I've used it for anxiety, and it works really well. But, getting back in the gym after a long layoff did much more for anxiety than those pills ever did. Guys have a lot of energy, burn that shit off in the gym. The build up of (can't remember the exact term, lol) stress hormones needs to be taken care of.
I will use it occasionally before a big broadcast/tv appearance, just because you can't appear nervous in my line of work, but i use it twice a year, at most.

XANAX IS NOT AN ANTI-PSYCHOTIC. ITS AN ANTI-ANXIETY/BENZO. Benzos can make some people tired too where they CAN take it at night too help them sleep.

Like IRONGRIP I hate flying due to a number of-flight mishaps and a friend gave me a Xanax tab that could be 'broken" into 4 small pieces with advice to only take 1/4 of the tab before hopping on a 6 hour flight.I never took anything stronger than a Bayer aspirin so I was dumb and forgot and downed the whole pill with my second Bloody Mary and got on the plane and was sound asleep before takeoff.
Six hours later two stews had to shake me awake and help me to the baggage claim area where I met my brother in law who said I looked tired after that long flight and took me to a Mexican resturant that served the finest Margaritas north of Mexico.
I was told I had more than one and fell asleep again on the way to the house and woke up about 24 hours latter and could not recall anything after I boarded my flight.
Something similar happened while we were invited to a Poker Tournament in LV years ago when everyone fell asleep on the return flight and slept another whole day once back home.

Alcohol withdrawal depends heavily on your vit B status. May give an acute Wernicke.
Heroin detox is only life treathening when you got a weak heart or so
GHB withdrawel is nasty too; comparable with alcohol, but with a lot more chance for paranoid delusions, usually very agressive. This drug sucks.

xanax r bad news as far as trying to come off them, trust me when i tell ya. been on them since 2008 everyday to help me sleep and keep my stress down. im starting on kolonipin soon to help me taper off the shit. kolonopin is a more mellow form of benzo that helps a person come off the more fast acting xanax, dont take them unless u absolutely have no other choice

Lol, I am a relative "no one" in the San Francisco bay area tv/radio scene (sports and news), trying to become enough of a "someone" so that my wife doesn't have to work. I also do voice over work for radio commercials, and english as a second language programs. Its a fun, but crazy industry. the egos are annoying. I don't think jack shit of myself because I get on tv/radio, I do it because I'm good at it. many people in this industry act like they're a fucking deity because they can read a teleprompter in front of a camera.

its sucked bro, fortuantely i sacked up and quit that shit. i went to my doctor and told her that i needed helped, cried like a little bitch....got on paxil for depression and it was literally like a light switch. 99% drug/booze free for years.
but after being on GB for 5 years, Im thinking about hitting it again :D

Lol, sometimes it seems to help me just to talk about it, to remember how bad addiction was.
I had a way worse time with Heroin and Meth than I ever did with booze, thank god, but it seems like if I dont keep the memory fresh of how horrible it was, I start to forget the bad and remember the fun.

Do not touch xanax or oxycodone/oxycontin unless you are under dr. supervision. xanax is NO JOKE! WORSE THEN HEROIN!xanax is the worst medication to withdraw from and you get addicted fast! I have been prescribed 6mg of xanax for 4 years now but used to take up to 10mg a day. I would pretty much get comatose. I would pass out early in the day and wake up not knowing what was going on. I do need the drug for anxiety but just 4-6mg a day does me fine. I will have to take it for life. as far as bodybuilding goes I can't notice it fucking my body up. I never use much before a workout though maybe .5mg or 1mg. I also take 30mg roxicodone tabs as well. The pain meds I got due to a car accident I was in.. I got hit by a drunk driver and almost died. My spine cracked and I had horribe whip-lash. My ankles also jammed up. I got payed but I rather not of gotten in the accident. I didn't need money.

It’s designed for panic attacks, when you need it to start working rapidly but dont need long term sedation. Valium, Ativan, Klonopin are the longer-acting forms

I don’t pop pills I am actually on a caffeine detox right now. I was drinking too much coffee and tea and I am now 3 days without caffeine. I live the life of a straight edge monk I don’t drink I don’t use drugs I don’t smoke I even dropped caffeine but getbig claims I am a pill popper lol

I have a vape and I'm also a pot head whose house has been reported as stinking of weed, but I don't smoke. I've abused steroids all my life but these don't count as drugs because some of them are bio-identical. I have a prescription for Ativan but hardly ever use it. Maybe once every month or two ill take half a tab for sleep. Every once in a while I might take a whole tab. I never use it more than 2 nights in a row.
It builds up. It must have a long half life. Whenever I do take it , I can't get shit done the next day. I just don't care about anything. Like there's no urgency. I'm not groggy or anything like that, it just removes any urgency I have to get anything done. If I take it 2 nights in a row I won't accomplish anything for the next 3 days.

I don’t smoke weed haven’t for over a year. I also quit vaping legal delta 8 months ago. At this point I am not even using any caffeine gave up coffee and soda. I don’t drink last alcoholic drink was last summer and maybe had 2 total alcoholic beverages last year 0 this year. I don’t take any pills prescription or otc. I don’t use preworkout. I am not even currently on TRT. I don’t even take ibuprofen I use an ice pack and heating pack when I get a headache or have an injury. I am completely straight edge at this point. I get 9 hours of sleep every night and work 45-50hrs a week. I train multiple body parts 4-5 days a week. But whatever according to get big I am popping amphetemines and washing them down with vodka and just training arms on 5g of test. Idiots I treat myself to sprite with grenadine when I go out.

However, when I took Tramadol for my shoulder for a week I got a very noticeable positive boost in mood - very noticeable indeed - even caught myself staring in wonderment at a beautiful sunset in a proper "Woah Duuuuude!" moment one time ;D
