i dont believe in it, but after talking a bit to noone who does something similiar, i decided to give it a try just for the sake of it.
i am currently in tip top shape,220lbs at 5-6% bodyfat, thats as far as my non competitve goals go, im not even trying to go lower in fat, itd affect social life too much.
so, ill just eat the same amount of calories for say a month, ill not care about protein at all, ill just have traces of it deliberately.
ill do something like low protein, high carbs and fats, probably exclusively the saturated fats.
ill try to train like i always do.
ill keep updates, maybe with weekly pics or pics every other week.
ill only eat when hungy, not by an clock, and ill only eat what a bodybuilder is not supposed to eat.
no alcohol, though.no fizzy drinks, but ill have stuff like mcdonalds milkshakes, which i consider one of the worst things anybody could consume.
basicaly, ill eat like the average person who never trained.
yes, on 250mg hrt dose, im not doing this off gear ;D
no cardio, no fatburners, no gh.
i predict clearly less weight with more bloat and more fat withing a month time.

well, already tootache from the sugars, ive counted something, a mars bar has 300 calories, so i could only eat some 7-8 mars bars daily and nothing else.this diet sucks even more, ill rather have 20icecreams and whatever else all at once on a weekly cheat day and eat clean otherwise.your kidneys are failing if your teeth are giving you issues or your not brushing enough

youre a damn knuckle head your bloodpressure is sky high because of three things
1 sitting on your ass too much
2 eating meat
3 taking steroids
If you are truly going to follow the "a calorie is a calorie" diet then you should make sure that a good portion, maybe 50%, of your diet consists of junk-foods and candy or fast-food. You have to totally ignore the nutritional facts and eat whatever you want, when you want.
In reality, one can only truly follow this diet 100% if they eat exclusively 1 type of food..I.E. purely sugar based foods, carb based foods, protein based foods, etc. for 1 month and....according to the Adonis fallacy....it won't make a difference since all calories are equal.
But, you probably won't be able to do that. You'd most likely get extremely ill after a few weeks. But, at minimum, you should make sure that you consume tons of junk-food that have no nutritional value.
The thing about bodybuilders is that, unless they intentionally eat junk-food, they will subconsciously consume healthy nutritious foods even if they are trying to ignore their diet and eat whatever they want. Thus, you must make a cognitive effort to avoid nutritious and healthy foods since...if Adonis is correct...all calories are equal it won't matter for building muscle.
If you are trying to create a 'posting style' that sets you apart from everyone, congrats. Its one of the gayest, most annoying things I have seen in a long time.LOL ;D

there really isn't a so called 'bbing diet'anyway ,,brown rice,chicken,fish,potatoes,oats,brocc/spinach.eggwhites all good and dandy and as a structured diet to follow to get lean ok,nowadays most contest bbers cheat whole way through diet anyway ,,theres no chiseled faces no more,,galineko has lean face at least and he's not a 'bber per sey 'gh,t3,4,,insulin,clen,has eliminated hard dieting, fuller builds and less deep condition and dry look is starting to be a thing of the past.eating mc'd's,burger king and pizza,and assorted junk food maybe a great way to get ripped and still get on stage and place or win and make dieting for a show an easy task but it goes against the discipline it really takes to get in top show shape,,,
