there really isn't a so called 'bbing diet'anyway ,,brown rice,chicken,fish,potatoes,oats,brocc/spinach.eggwhites all good and dandy and as a structured diet to follow to get lean ok,nowadays most contest bbers cheat whole way through diet anyway ,,theres no chiseled faces no more,,galineko has lean face at least and he's not a 'bber per sey 'gh,t3,4,,insulin,clen,has eliminated hard dieting, fuller builds and less deep condition and dry look is starting to be a thing of the past.eating mc'd's,burger king and pizza,and assorted junk food maybe a great way to get ripped and still get on stage and place or win and make dieting for a show an easy task but it goes against the discipline it really takes to get in top show shape,,,
