What's the best way to grill chicken breast on it? And chicken breast is already dry as we know. I put my barbeque sauce on the chicken, let it marinate for 20 mins. Then I put it on the grill, lo and behold it sort of got burnt a little in certain areas. Plus the damn grill got burnt so bad I had to scrub it for another 10 mins. How do you make your chicken? Or what else do you cook on that grill for that matter.

Buy free range chicken and cut it yourself. Marinade with citrus and a little bit of seasoning that doesnt have salt in it. Proceed to cook over a wood or hardwood fire.
If you live in a shitty climate, fuck the foreman grill and just make soup in a pot mixed with your favorite vegetables. And cook all the ingedients together at once during the entire time.
Both nets you juicy, tasty, and healthy chicken...not that dried-out Purdue or Tyson girl chicken pumped full of drugs and hormonas....Getbiggers are already naturally full of hormonas. We dont need more.

I love the George Foreman Grill.
I don't know why no one else does this, but beat the shit out of the chicken with a meat tenderizer before you grill it. Don't over cook it.

Small cooking surface tough on that Nuwave? Good for one person I guess.
When I make wings, I make like 40 of 'em.
Looks good for other things though, whole chickens, etc..
Used to have a Foreman grill, never had issues with it... Just stopped using it for some reason..

I'm with you on this one: Tyson girl chicken is disgusting; I far and above prefer eating animals.

TIP: Before putting your chicken/fish etc on the grill, wrap it up in heavy tinfoil along with ur herbs spices etc.
No clean up required ;)

On the foreman grill you have to remove them just at the right time or else tgey dry out quickly.
Foreman grills always burn out in less than a year if used daily.
Bake chicken in the oven, easier and tastier

GF grills were close to $100 when they came out.
Some dude at a local swap meet has a table full of them that he can't sell for $5.00 each.

Buy birds and roast 'em. Let them half cool on the stovetop and picking them apart is super easy. (To shred a cooked chicken breast just roll it between your hands.) 2-4 birds at a time depending how I'm eating. Freezes ok in zip bags if required. Insert into any recipe. Simmer the bones overnight for stock (soups, gravy, sometimes I just drink a cup of broth), fridge and scrape the fat off the top. Buying just breasts is a joke.
If you have a pet, it will come to know this routine real quick. Dog quality meat/ biscuts/ broth is a big hit. Careful about bones, of course.
It probably burned to your grill due to sugar or HFCS in the bbq sauce. Sugar burns quick & hard. I'm no bbq expert but molasses is probably the traditional choice due to its pre-burnt/ resistant nature from being the sludge nearest the heat. I never put sugar in bbq meat marinades. Finishing glazes yes.

Commercial charcoal is a horror. I could see a purist like TA insisting on mesquite or hickory (from a remote region's east facing slope only) but the rest of us are quite content with the conveniece of a gas bbq, tyvm.

I throw all of my chicken in a slow cooker, add two cups of water and some spices and keep it on low for 8 hours. Comes out nice and so tender to where I can break it up with a spatula.
Then I use that shredded chicken to make whatever I want.....salad, tacos, etc
I do the same with Flank Steak except I brown it in the pan to lock in the juices. Easiest way to cook ;D

Man, do you people even know how to cook?? The only thing I'll use my Foreman Grill on is maybe some burgers or Tofu but with some time and patience you can make some awesome recipes.
I make a number healthy culinary dishes using bone broth made from oxtails, beef tallow, coconut oil, etc. Go to a bookstore and grab a few cookbooks or ask True Adonis. You don't have to dull your tastebuds to get in shape

Adds texture and flavor and gives a flat piece of meat like a steak a nice pink center but searing does not 'lock in' juices. That's a myth. You're not going to stop steam pressure with searing.
And juices aren't necessarily good. Notice how the best steaks in restaurants never leak blood onto the plate, even if cooked rare. Dry aged beef.

I don't find flank tough at all. Hot grill - 7 min per side = perfect. Cut on the bias.

Total bullshit. Best steakhouses seared the fuck out of their steaks on 1000 degree plus burners. The key to no blood is the food rests a while before they deliver it to the table.
For juicy chicken, you must do two things.
1. Buy breasts on the bone.
2. Brine the bitch

It's like a wax paper, just less waxy. They use it in baking to line a pan so the cake comes out clean. It doesn't burn in the oven.

Mostly used in baking to line a cookie sheet. Makes for much easier cleanup. I wouldn't put it on a grill for rear of a flare up - it is paper afterall. Plus you'd lose out on the grill marks.

I'm pretty sad about the whole thing. I was a big fan and he was an icon in SA for being the first ever paraplegic to run in the Olympics and do pretty well. A survey in SA says that 80% of the population believe him innocent....that's how much he was liked.
That said I believe the evidence looks overwhelming strong that he murdered her... but I'll await the trial. Seems that a lot of the "facts" keep changing... especially about the cricket bat.

Putting parchment directly on a burner is not a good idea. It needs dry heat to work, not direct contact.

His story about thinking it was a burgler is a little BS. So he hears something in the bathroom and just unloads through the door? he doesn't ask who it is or anything? Doesn't assume it is someone that actually lives in his house? If I heard something in my kitchen I wouldn't just shoot blindly without knowing who is in there.

I buy big hunks of meat to save money and I don't slice it thin to grill or fry.
