i can put in as much cardio as possible, as much weight training as possible. i wanna stop fucking about and get some real changes going

why frozen burger???bubba burgers,,,get 88/90 lean beef...rest seems ok ..i mean its a list minus portions ,,if u know how much ur taking in serving wise u should be ok,,depends how your body reacts to certain foods add/minus as u go,,good luck.

Content looks ok, but you will stay fat on this too if too many calories a day, general rule multiply your weight in pounds by 15 and then drop 500 calories for a start.

id say the guy should be on hormones for a year straight and just eat.and eat and train and eat.
at this point of development diet and calorie counting matters uhm...fuck all.at this point even slight bulking is perfectly justified.
i would agree but with the addition of maybe a little cardio. not only will it keep the extra fat off that he already has a bit of, it will keep the body more efficient so you can keep the cals up without storing it all as shit weight. something like 20 minutes 4-5 times per week walking pace.

Go back to the gym. Eat, train, once you can deadlift 200kg, pull up 12 times and barbell row 80kg (with correct technique) then get back.
No, you don't have to "bulk up". Just train and get stronger, muscles will come with time. At this point you have less muscles than average soccer player, there's no way you're gonna look anywhere close to "good" whatever BF you might have.
I mean, with this amount of muscles you COULD look decent at low bf if you had frame. But you have shitty frame so forget about it.

perfect,,,carbs i might take in a bit more for me,,i use brown rice,,oats and yams are my favorite diet or to get in good shape carb,,,
