Dieting on these foods.. can it be effecient?

eggs
canned chicken
canned tuna
frozen beef burgers

white rice
white potato
oats
grits

broccoli
green beans

i can put in as much cardio as possible, as much weight training as possible. i wanna stop fucking about and get some real changes going

why frozen burger???bubba burgers,,,get 88/90 lean beef...rest seems ok ..i mean its a list minus portions ,,if u know how much ur taking in serving wise u should be ok,,depends how your body reacts to certain foods add/minus as u go,,good luck.

frozen burger easier to store.
i'd do the burger meat with the greens

Content looks ok, but you will stay fat on this too if too many calories a day, general rule multiply your weight in pounds by 15 and then drop 500 calories for a start.

but if you wanna have the burtgers, imo, its best to scrap the carbs out.

but yeah those are good chices, certainly more variety than i have ;D
You beat me to it, burgers in- carbs out, or carbs in- burgers out. You want to do both, well, not a good diet approach.

140lbs at 5'10 isn't big as fuck. I'd be thinking a 195-200 being big as fuclk
