im 20 years old training for 16 months now.. started enantat cycle e5d end of january this year.. my current weight is 98-99 kilos.. before the cycle i was 105 kilos.. my goal was to get lean to this summer with low to no carb diet but i think it doesnt look like it works for me.. first i was on 2200 kcals diet with 150-200 carbs and i was doin cardio everyday or every otherday.. now for 2 weeks im doing 1600 kcals diet with 0-30 grams of carbs with no cardio.. i need some advice from experienced guys like onetimehard or disgusted what should i do in your opinion? should i add carbs and focus on building more muscle and up the dose or should i just keep doin what i have been doin? i still have 25 ampules of test

because i didnt want to lose any muscle on low carb diet thats why i started the cycle with e5d it really isnt that much imo.. my goal was like i said to get lean to %8-10 bf but now i really dont care about it i will do whats best for me... thats why i need advice from experienced people i really dont know any experienced people in real life..

good size bro. low carbs dont work for me either. high protein, high carbs, low fat is what seems to do the trick for me.

years - i started lifting at 17 so you got a point if you only started 16 months ago.
Point is - this shit takes YEARS. Focus on building a good base of muscle for a few years before worrying about getting "ripped" since the first few years are the prime window for muscle growth.

yes i know that bodybuilding takes years of hard work... on the side i was 110 kilos before i started to train.. i was a FATASS.. shame i dont have any pics from that time because i never liked pics i thought i was lookin ugly..

Dont worry about being fat at your age if you are lifting right - dieting fat off is way easier than building muscle that lasts.

Point is - this shit takes YEARS. Focus on building a good base of muscle for a few years before worrying about getting "ripped" since the first few years are the prime window for muscle growth.

Just saying - for dudes who are starting out they should not worry about getting fat the first few years. Only reason at 37 i still retained everything was cause i build a solid base and foundation in the beginning. I used to just lift and eat for years before worrying about asthetics. Squats, bend over rows, bench, deads, power cleans, military - that should be the focus - not cable curls and tricep pushdowns
Pain and hard work now pays many many dividends later on. Problem is that most people are lazy and want results hyper fast that cant be achieved clean in the time frame they want.

hairline is genetics bro.. i started to lose my hair when i was 18.. it has nothin to do with the cycle or what so ever.. my father went bald when he was 28 years old..

a bit better I think, this dude has a lot of muscle underneath that fat, I think he would surprise most if he is willing to get into the single digits, it's all about the will at this point, he has a complete physique and seems to be heading in the right direction, time will tell, only 20 years old. Not bad at all.

In the case that he is dieting and not admitting he is cheating, he would be in the norm as 80% (if not more) do this, they are only hurting themselves. Numbers do not lie, low numbers in calories will produce lower numbers on the scale anyone that claims other wise is claiming that 5+5=8, it is not scientifically possible for your calories to go down and the then the numbers on the scale do not change, not even debatable

today my weight was 96 kilos i think its working now and my waist looks smaller than last week 35 inches.. and no i dont have any cheatmeals only on saturday nights i carb up a lil bit on pizza and ice cream but thats it.. thanks for your comments oth i always appreciate your knowledge
