nothing, most guys could look like that within 3 years if they wanted, but you gotta remember in those pics, he has the biggest pump of his life, is lean (making him appear bigger), greased up, tanned, filters added to photos, editor has played around with graininess and sharpness of the pics, chosen the most flattering ones out of hundreds, used the most flattering camera angles, probably even used body make-up to accentuate the physique... guarantee day to day life he looks nothing like that, he probably even looks at those pics himself and thinks wow, if only i looked like that on the regular

I know it is just a dream, that's why I wasn't being serious. I may be a senior citizen, but I am not so senile as to not know the difference between what is attainable and what is not. What is kind of funny is that I am sometimes accused of being too serious on Getbig and yet when I post something light hearted, some folks take it so seriously.

He is trying to look serious while posing for a camera....that's hard work! Okay so I don't literally want to look like him. His hairline and beard are weird. He's got tattoos. If you believe the expression in the photos, he's full of himself. I simple thought he look cut while still muscular. Take away the special lighting and the filters and he probably looks like some fat slob, who knows? I'm sure glad I didn't write that $1,000,000 check....like in the story of the Monkey's Paw, I might have been horrified with the results. Plus I am sober now!

If I really wanted to try and look like that fellow, dieting is in order, so you'd be right.
I eat well and fairly clean, but it is hardly a weight loss diet. After more then a year of licking my wounds and doing almost nothing else, I am clearly out of shape for me. I have been back working out now for about 8 weeks. I am not expecting miracles, but I am making improvements. I think I will be good if I just stick to what I am doing. I probably won't look like Mr. shoe polish mustache anytime soon, but it's all good anyway.

Look - for your age you have a good base of muscle - if you dieted and really cut back - you could look way better, no homo. Not like the guy in the photo - but WWWAAAYYYY better if that is what you want

Take a look at what Brandon Curry has to say about the Brazil show. Tony Freeman was all butt-hurt b/c he had 50lbs. on Curry.
Curry is all about the symmetry, small joints, lines and definition. Has nothing to do with the fact that Tony towers over him or that he is heavier.
If that were the case Markus Ruhl would have done so much better, as would Branch Warren.
Tiny joints, full muscle bellies, small waists... and the ability to look awesome in pics.

I know a professional baseball player (in the HOF) who has his own academy where he trains young prospects. he tells these kids with no hope in the world that they could be pros, and d1 college players ALL THE TIME. I worked for him! lol...yet most of them never even make it out of HS baseball...they end up at junior colleges while they stuff his pocket with cash...you tell your clients what they want to hear
