For some reason, he looks like the type that has ripped mid section and everything else not so lean, if this is the case, how would we know it can be as high as 6-7 if he has a smooth back and legs.
In the case everything is equally ripped he is high 4%, under 5 by a hair

I'm still hovering around 8% and not sure why.
I haven't changed calorie deficit at all (currently 3500-800) weekly, and for some reason after getting well below 10%, it's been stalling hard since.
I imagined to keep slowly moving towards 7% and then it being super hard from there.
I guess i've hit the 'zone' now

It's the same problem for me. Only way I can get under 8 is going the galeniko/noone/oth way with nothing but protein and trace carbs and fats. It becomes more mental at that point...

You definitely look like you know what you are doing. Don't ever let yourself go to shit.
You should be able to say 25 years from now that you have never once let yourself go.

i know, i usually look my best with veins popping out when I'm in the gym in the late afternoon after a good arm workout, the problem was that the photographer had never done that kind of photoshoot and didn't exactly know what to capture
tnx, i found out the recipe for holding onto similar shape that shown in the pics year round so i don't worry about letting myself go, used to eat a lot more protein (250grams +) and it was useless so i cut it down to max 150g, everything else is carbs from fruit and rice, try to avoid dairy and flour products (of course i enjoy them now and then but try to eat less) and some healthy fats, no strict dieting for me, when i eat more junk i just throw in some kardio and that's it, it's easy to fix things when they're not too damaged :)

Been messing up really bad (6-7000 cals a day in donuts alone no joke ) for the past week due to a family member passing and being weak. But back on it today. Shit just works if you can suffer. Or just keep eating so you dont go catabolic 8) .
