less than 1000 calories per day, fasted cardio in the morning, fasted weights after work
lots of water, diet coke/pepsi, tea and sugar free gum
gluten free and 250 mg/wk "vitamin" T

getting shredded natural is all the same hard, just wont keep the mass so well.
dont make it sound hard than it is.
If youre losing muscle then obviously doing it natural is harder because being musclar and cutt is the whole objective. So no its not all the same hard. Nattys have to take the slower approach when getting down to single digits.

It's just your basic PSMF(Protein Sparing Modified Fast) diet variant used by bodybuilders for over a decade. There's nothing groundbreaking or special about it.
No shit if you eat around 1000 calories of mostly protein while being on T you're gonna lose fat.

Lets be real for a second & make no mistake, being in AAS enables you to carry not just more muscle, but WAAAY more muscle without loosing any of it when on a low calorie diet. More muscle = more food, that also means more shit food.

I carry a one litre canteen at work, just drink as much as I can which helps curb the hunger
average 5 or 6 litres probably

I did one refeed on the saturday morning
2 bags of chips, 5 gluten free muffins, almost a litre of ice cream, and half a Mars bar (in one sitting)
passed out for a few hours afterwards and didn't feel like eating again till sunday afternoon 8)

fasting, hydration, training, and most of all breaking free from the Flex magazine myths of anabolic windows, overtraining and maintaining proper nitrogen balance by feeding every two hours
these are ingrained in bbers and real people alike - the book destroys them

the hunger sucks and the food fantasies made it hard to concentrate at times but the results were so FAST that it kept the motivation strong
still, my favourite place is the grocery store now - I walk around for hours just looking at food 8)

very common thing amongst the ones who uhm, havent even tried it yet.
if you think t3 gonna make you shredded by doing whatever, youre brutaly mistaken
don't forget the magic tren to really melt that fat right off. ::)
Even 150mcg t3 isn't that different in fat burn from 50mcg, but it makes you feel like shit, weak etc. And it will maybe, maybe burn 5% more cals at most.

You probably paid your dues and only started juicing AFTER having built a solid foundation with several years of hard training. Hence why you have much more mass than Galeniko who started juicing too soon which is why he's on the small side and will always be on the small side despite all the juice. Unlike Galeniko you are not totally dependent on the juice.

Well, at 51 I'm by no means lazy and still follow a fairly regimented eating plan and the last time I had a physical I got a clean bill of health. 12-14% is not fat (maybe by Ambercrombie model standards it is) and I carry a lot of muscle, more than the average bodybuilder and A LOT more than most "bodybuilders" my age. My goal, at present, isn't to get to single digits. People are so obsessed with staying lean (8-10% and below) they lose site on putting on mass.
This was in 2007, I was 205 at 8% at 5'7 and 46 years old..

I found over 10% I felt slow and laboured, the picture of poor health
when I'm lean I have more energy (maybe not while cutting 8) ), vitality, and feeling of over-all well-being
extra "size" is taxing on the system - making lean gains is one thing, "bulking" (excuse for getting fat) is entirely different
a person at any age and any size looks better lean anyway, health points aside

I am 2-3kg lighter AND fatter than my best self. I should take a picture with "got juice?" because that's what I really need. In a week I will be back in Europe and I will see. I am satisfied with that tho. FFS I'm no athlete, I'm computer nerd.
I need tren. And yes, I know, I know. It helps me tremendously. Maybe I'm lazy fuck, who knows.
4 weeks ago I was so fat I barely saw my dick. I blame Ben&Jerrys, top sirloin and my local indian food.

BTW about the diet:
Do it by the book or don't bother. yes you loose weight with 100g of rice on top of that broccoli and chicken but sugar cravings get CRAZY when you do that. if you do not have time/possibility to pull that diet at a given moment just eat clean and less than usual. go full out when you DO have time.
There are many more things to consider when you're dieting rather than the caloric level itself. It's also the mental aspect. Carbs fuck this part up. I thought I can modify it and make it work. I was wrong.

There are countless decent non assisted physiques out there who don't (they cannot or they would waste away) drop to 1000 cals/day.
To say naturals can't look good all year round is also utter bullshit. If by "good" someone means vascular, full, and shredded then of course not, but naturals can't look like that anyway. Sorry Layne, growing into a show when you're clean just doesn't happen.
The naturals who look good year round may not be stage big, but they can look plenty big in the right photos - definitely getbig big. They will just not have rounded off muscles other than in their strongest body parts.

No am cardio, am training - yes. Typical day - 1kg of chicken, 1kg of green veggies, spread as you want. That's it I think.

My point is that there are people in this thread who say naturals can't look good year round. Anyone buying that is going to set themselves up for failure, resort to gear and then think they can't ever get off it / simply stop training and eating properly when / if they come clean. This is one reason why there are so many shitty physiques around.
I'll also comment that anyone who thinks it's just the same to diet on juice as off is in a world of delusion. Getting shredded can be brutal, but at least on the sauce you retain some fullness / strength and can even progress (no matter how harsh the diet) assuming you are able to step up your drug regime because you weren't an idiot who overdid things in the off-season.
A natural guy going all the way to stage shredded has none of that. He will probably feel like shit just as if he was using, but he won't have the same level of positive feedback and this makes it much harder mentally. The mind controls everything when on a hard diet.

Galeniko is first and foremost arms, then delts, then (surprisingly) - legs. Then back but his worst bodypart is chest. He claims his legs are 58cm but ffs, they look good. Puts all that "oooh I cannot train legs because I can't wear jeans" into perspective. And ludicrous 80cm legs claims :D
My legs in avatar are like 61-63cm, lol. And I squat 180kg ATG. No problems with jeans at all.

I'm clean much of the year and was lean when completely natural (not "10%" delusional "lean")
the difference is thickness and fullness while on, but drier midsection less water retention when off
a trade-off for sure - look smaller in clothes but shocking when naked

I think you are mistaken of what a Christmas tree is in bodybuilding terms. A christmas tree is not just an outline of the triangular shape the lats make in the lower back, it is ridges on the edges every inch making the details of an actual Christmas tree. Other wise it would just be called a triangle and this comes in at 7-8% AT THE VERY MOST

Don't know if you can spot the partial right pec tear but I can't train my chest like I used to. Most of my chestwork comes from boxing bag work and push ups. I loved heavy lifting esp, heavy benching and was decent at it. Suffered a partial tear in my right pec at the MT junction last summer, end of June. Prior to tear I could 1rm 355 lbs at 185lb morning, two days later fucked up "big time' trying to 1RM 365 lbs.
I got videos from that time if you want proof.

I didn't do it natty obviously. Ironically not much clen, dropped it month into the diet b/c I felt it made me hungrier and interfered with my intensity cardio training, aka voluming the boxing bag.
Other then that, just ph's so no good stuff. No super high doses either cause they are liver heavy and I basically shifted from drinking every day if not every other day to working out and cutting.

I didn't always look like shit. I got into bad car accident a few years ago. I'm now somewhat healed and back to working out and making progression as a natural.
Meanwhile, with you, all those years of juicing and your back sucks and you still lack mass. I've seen teenagers with bigger backs than yours. I know polygraph tested naturals who are bigger than you.

Serious question. I am very lean but hold a lot of fluid in wrong spots due to high cardio and high hunger demands, i tried drinking more cola and keeping my meals a bit smaller as to what i read in this thread and can see a massive difference already. What difference does the cola make and what else could i add to hold more water. I have times when i look super lean but can't hold it due to the hunger.

Also, I am not "all that" nor do I claim to be, so photos of my 69 year old relatively fit body, thanks to the fact that I have worked out my entire life don't do much to inspire young people who cannot imagine living to be my age.
On another note, I think I am finally reconciled to the fact that genetically I am destined to be a lean guy. A month away from the gym and I have lost weight. Most folks gain weight when they don't work out.
I am not inclined to adopt Galeniko's diet, but I do admire his abs and general ripped condition. My life has been defined my moderation not extremes, and this really applies to diet and PED's. So I have never been, nor will I ever be a muscle freak superhero like I once hoped, but it is all good. At some point we learn to appreciate just being healthy.
Galeniko's videos are great fun to watch. He should give up the cigarettes though. I have personal experience with how they will ruin your health....are you reading this Galeniko?

a lot of guys have no idea how to measure bodyfat...the difference between fat and water....how you carry fat. I see threads all the time where enhanced guys post pics looking 9% bf and guys sit here telling them they are 12% bf lol. you see guys telling people they are 8% bf when they are closer to 6-7%
