Comparing apples to oranges. Average gym rat won't get shredded on a IFBB pro diet and pro may or may not get shredded on gal and no one diet. Serious question. I am very lean but hold a lot of fluid in wrong spots due to high cardio and high hunger demands, i tried drinking more cola and keeping my meals a bit smaller as to what i read in this thread and can see a massive difference already. What difference does the cola make and what else could i add to hold more water. I have times when i look super lean but can't hold it due to the hunger.

Cola's or carbonated drinks, whether diet or not are not healthy. Excessive consumption mess you up pretty bad.

My point is all your rambling about your diet stratagies are funny
-can't say I know 1 successful competitor who would use your diet ideas
And even I'd use my normal drug protocal and ate 1000 calories I wouldn't be close to 245-250 in contest shape-

Well, I am not posting pictures because when I did, all the Getbig idiots could find to comment on was the gayness of my attire. Also, I am not "all that" nor do I claim to be, so photos of my 69 year old relatively fit body, thanks to the fact that I have worked out my entire life don't do much to inspire young people who cannot imagine living to be my age.

On another note, I think I am finally reconciled to the fact that genetically I am destined to be a lean guy. A month away from the gym and I have lost weight. Most folks gain weight when they don't work out.

I am not inclined to adopt Galeniko's diet, but I do admire his abs and general ripped condition. My life has been defined my moderation not extremes, and this really applies to diet and PED's. So I have never been, nor will I ever be a muscle freak superhero like I once hoped, but it is all good. At some point we learn to appreciate just being healthy.

Galeniko's videos are great fun to watch. He should give up the cigarettes though. I have personal experience with how they will ruin your health....are you reading this Galeniko?
