two weeks full force on the diet

less than 1000 calories per day, fasted cardio in the morning, fasted weights after work

lots of water, diet coke/pepsi, tea and sugar free gum

gluten free and 250 mg/wk "vitamin" T

results:

getting shredded natural is all the same hard, just wont keep the mass so well.

dont make it sound hard than it is.
If youre losing muscle then obviously doing it natural is harder because being musclar and cutt is the whole objective. So no its not all the same hard. Nattys have to take the slower approach when getting down to single digits.

i have done both, natty and on gear, the diet is same level hardness.

do you know whos "disgusted"?a guy who has prepared dozens of people, im sure if he sees this thread he will set you straight.

meanwhile, believe whatever you want, and go feel proud about natural status,lol, but dieting natural and geared is all the same.

you base your saying on hearsay, do you realize how stupid that is.

again, ihave done it both ways, its the same exact thing, the only thing different is the muscle mass amount.

the metabolism works all the same way as long one only eats clean.

you dont knwo the first thing about steroids and how they work, and you will not know until you try them.



Anyone with a brain knows dieting natty and enhanced are not the same. But go ahead and keep telling yourself that drugs didn't help you accomplish your goals.

It's just your basic PSMF(Protein Sparing Modified Fast) diet variant used by bodybuilders for over a decade. There's nothing groundbreaking or special about it.

No shit if you eat around 1000 calories of mostly protein while being on T you're gonna lose fat.
