whatever it takes and much,much more food ,which goes goes against gali's theory,but he like most here already have there ideal mass/size and the diet just gets it all molded to there liking,bigger vision requires bigger everything.

Serious question. I am very lean but hold a lot of fluid in wrong spots due to high cardio and high hunger demands, i tried drinking more cola and keeping my meals a bit smaller as to what i read in this thread and can see a massive difference already. What difference does the cola make and what else could i add to hold more water. I have times when i look super lean but can't hold it due to the hunger.

Aldi have a version of Coke Zero, which is called Cola ZX (0 kcals etc).

Very good when chilled, but I can do 2 litres a day easy

this diet will get ya lean and skinny sure and youll be LUCKY to weigh 200 lbs eating 1000 cals a day-
