Do you believe that all people can eat the exact same with the exact same results?
I feel a lot better when I have beef. Energetic, not bloated, etc. I don't have to eat it often, but when I try going without for long periods of time I notice.

Raw vegan diet is the best diet in the world. I'm a big meat eater but it's not good for you. Falcon your diet is aweful and totally misses the whole advantages of being a vegetarian. I mean you deep fry your vegetables. If you ate 5000 calories a day of raw vegan food you would still be lean with abs. The whole point of eating vegetables is to keep your body in that nice anti cancer alkaline ph state, which in turn keeps your t3 and t4 levels normal. If I was able to stop eating meat I would never ever ever eat like falcon.

I do not like vegetables and tolerate them at most, even though I'm eating minimum seven to eight servings per day. I do like how I feel when and after I eat them though. I'm slowly acquiring tastes, but like I said it's mostly tolerance.
With all the past and present research on the effects of vegetables, I can't understand why one wouldn't consume them. Whether one is losing weight or gaining muscle, they only have a positive role to play in the human bodies development at pretty much all ages.
Even putting that extra tomato slice, lettuce slice and onion slice on a hamburger will be beneficial. Not to mention they often add some nice flavors when mixed with other food/food groups.

Let me explain how things are and why your basic uneducated way of thinking is wrong.
Blood carries carbon dioxide to your lungs where you exhale it. Most carbon dioxide in the blood exists as bicarbonate. The rest exists as remaining CO2 gas or carbonic acid. Your kidneys and to a lesser extent your lungs, balance these three things. Of these three the bicarbonate is the buffer that keeps the pH in the blood from becoming too acidic or too basic.
Sooo....when you ingest food and liquid, the products of digestion result in an alkaline or acid forming effect. The end products are alkaline ash or acidic ash...I think. I can not remember if these are the exact terms.
Although your body has buffer systems, exhalation of carbon dioxide and can eliminate some kind of ions through the kidneys ( I can't remember maybe hydrogen?).....the alkaline balance still changes from 7.46. Yes...it can change a lot and yes it can affect you.
Your buffering systems can not always keep you at 7.46. Yes....lifestyle, exercise regiments,etc will all play a part in this.

You can't change your ph level. If ph levels fall below 6.8 or goes above 7.8 then you die. It's maintaned by buffers. ;) Keep thinking you can. It just shows what kind of a retard you really are. :D
Lol ok assbruise. You just said it yourself--the body has buffers in place to regulate pH. Almost as if external & internal factors exert an effect on the body's pH..........

I work on a site with 7000 different people and live in close quarters with 5000. 85% of them men.
Let me tell you....75% don't give a FUCK how they look.....they just don't. They don't even think about it. They live to work, spend time with their families, party, have some laughs, etc.
There is a world outside of bodybuilding and fitness.....you need to explore it.
All vegetarians and vegans feel the need to announce their lifestyle choice to the rest of the world. They also feel the need to push it onto everybody else.

Do you believe that all people can eat the exact same with the exact same results?
I feel a lot better when I have beef. Energetic, not bloated, etc. I don't have to eat it often, but when I try going without for long periods of time I notice.
There are just too many variables to make blanket statements with regards to any type of food choice or diet.

Can't get the same energy or fulness feeling from eating lots of grains or breads. Vegies and fruits are great but not very filling, especially post intense workout since veggies & fruits lack sufficient protein and fats.
