height has a lot to do with arm size. I can reach 20 inches at 235 to 240 off season but I am 5 foot 9, in contest 19 inches at 205. If I wanted contest shape 20 inch arms, I would need to be 215 to 220 shredded. it is all relative.

750mg is fine for now. Keep the adex going too. There really is a huge difference from 500 up to 750. It seems small, but the effect is pronounced. Even more so when you go to 1000mg. That really is the magic sweet spot for testo.
I never felt better than when i first jumped up to 1 gram of testo. Was using 1 gram test, 50 mg d-bol, and 20 mg nolvadex (was a while ago, adex was crazy expensive then). Never felt better in my whole life.

That's the key right there! I have pretty long arms at 5'9" I wear 34/35 sleeve length, which with an 18'' inch arm doesn't look that big! Shape and peak also makes a difference how big an arm looks!

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. It's ridiculous to claim that you need to hit 200 or even 220 pounds to have 20" arms. Bodyweight has little to do with large (muscular) arm size. There are 340 pounds blobs who have 16-17" arms that is mostly fat.

His arms look big because he is short and his arms are even shorter (that's why he is a powerlifter). Take a pic of those arms next to a guy of normal length, and those guns won't look that spectacular anymore.

Check out these quads and calves @ 181lb, 15 inch calves, 25.5 inch quads..............and I don't train legs or calves directly. (only interval sprints + skipping), all 100% oh naturale ....oh yeah and the were same size but more cut when I was at 171lb.
I hate big legs so I quit training em, cos it hard to look good in a suit with chunky legs and always have to buy 2 waist size up just for legs to fit.
My arms on the other hand are pile of shit, I think its cos of the boxing make em small or just shit genetics.

My quads have always lagged behind no matter how hard I trained them,and I work the shit out of them. :(
That being said,they`re much better these days.......my calves are good,far better than my quads.

I've known Npc super heavies on massive amounts of drugs who competed (and won) at state level in cali who didn't have legit 20's at 250+ lean, yet most 200lbers on message boards seem to have them.
Biggest I got was 19 and change fatceps at cswol like bodyfat and anadrol bloat , gross.

The weirdest thing for me with legs is that body weight type exercises make my legs respond best. Like I could squat 400lbs for like 8 reps and nothing would happen.
The I would do like bunny hops or jump squats and next day I would get the craziest doms.
My biceps on the other hand it don't matter what I do, heavy, light, high rep, low rep, rest pause, it don't matter nothing works, its a joke....8 months and I haven't been able to put 1cm on my biceps.
The irony of it all huh?
I kill my legs with very little in the way of gains,but they have improved a lot.
Arms aren`t a strong point for me either...in fact I have no strong points! LOL :(
I have the shittiest genetics ever,just too fucking stubborn to quit.

what i usually do is i do 4 sets or so and the first set will be the heaviest weight
with minimal 6-8 reps
then the other sets decrease weight to get enough decent reps in
then over time get the weight of the first set for all sets, then time to add weight for the next workout first set and so on
this because there has to be some poundage advancement as well according to wildrabass and iris kyle's husband the huge hebrew

All this talk of 18"+ is astonishing to me, i am over the moon my arms have gone back to 16" ha ha. In 3 months ive gone from 14.5" and curling 10KG / 22lb dumbbells for 10 to 16" and curling 22KG / 48lb dumbbells for 10 and i couldnt be happier. I know thats absolutely nothing of note in comparison to most people on this forum but it shows to me that the effort is worth it and that im reaching my goals.
I can not imagine ever having 18" arms, never mind anything close to 20! Realistically, i think if i ever reach 17" i'll be maxed out, my genetics are definitely stronger in my legs. I envy you all.

A Giant-Set is 4-6 exercises done in a row with no rest until you finish the last exrercise.
Tri-Set.3 exercises done in the same fashion
Super-Sets-2 exercises performed as above.
As far as progressive resistance goes,I do believe in it up to a point,but I`ve been doing this shit forever,how come I`m not benching a million pounds or curling the 200 pound dumbells?
I have used some impressive (for me) weights,but I honestly get better results doing curls with the 30 pounders as opposed to the 70 pounders due to the fact that I can concentrate more on building/pumping the biceps as opposed to just trying to muscle up the weight from Point A to Point B.
One thing we all should do though,is to do what works best for us,but to never be afraid to try something new,as long as it has valid concepts to it.

this is so true atleast when it comes to me. At 22 i did 600lbs in the squat but my legs looked like three stumps and when i started to train lighter and with 12-15 reps they got alot bigger with much better shape, i got sweep and more cuts..
.the best thing anyone can advice to someone that just want to be big is leave the ego home.

i think what flex said is key
strength is important
but it should come automatically
more drugs more strength ::)
focusing on strength itself will just make you more efficient at that movement not blow up the muscle
if proper form and rep range are used then only drugs will make the strength go up
you see as natural you can only get some strength by grinding super low reps, high reps, forget about strength

Yup,it`s called bodybuilding,not weightlifting.
I started out powerlifting so did the heavy thing for eons,all I got was real fucking strong for my size.
Once I lowered the poundages and ate better of course,I grew some.
I now look gruesome as hell. ;)

i didnt get a chance to record this but i did record next weks workout of 3x170kg, wes saw the video
i find 8x400 unlikely as well but it depends on the ROM, mine was olympic squat so full leg flexion
since roids i dont squat anymore for the androgen receptors in the obliques would give me a rich piana like butterfly taper at the waist

I used to piss all over the 600lb's in my 20's, I did nothing but squat day in day out being a moron, that's how I got my L4/L5 hierniated dics ;D
End result, now I can't even deadlift more than 300lb's for a triple.
Squat's and deadlifts, biggest waste of time and space unless you are a powerlifter.
If I can be bothered to impress you I will shoot myself doing the 400lbs in the gym for 8, even though i don't train legs now i should be able to get it easily.

I do 12 plates each side for 10
i think i put about 340kg for 12 reps on the standard plate loaded leg press

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. It's ridiculous to claim that you need to hit 200 or even 220 pounds to have 20" arms. Bodyweight has little to do with large (muscular) arm size. There are 340 pounds blobs who have 16-17" arms that is mostly fat.

another problem with the weight is, i can gain 20lbs weight(all water and fat)in 1 day, if not then in 2 days.no probelm.
then when im 220 deplted, ill be 240 full and totaly overspilled.arms will be the same, theyll look smaller when heavier,ironicaly,bc the gut will be out like 1 month overdue with giving birth.
so weight is bit not good measure.
btw during my personal cswol-swine bulk career, went well through the 20 barrier, and it looked like absolute shit.
