you put about an inch on your arms for every 14lbs of muscle
depending on height etc
but its a good rough guide
that calculation is pretty much worthless imo.
some have good arm genetics, some dont.
just like some have shit chest genetics,like me, some have good.
some have extremly good arm genetics, like me, i swear at times i get a pump in the arms from doing squats.
im all arms, hence have big arms on relatively little bodyweight.
others have humongous bodyweight,even lean, but not huge arms, huge everything else,legs,back, trap,chest,shoudlers, but poor arms.
the only calculation i trust is,when one eats 1000 cals of protein a day,they will lose fat
