I was inspired by an old friend I recently ran into. Indian guy was skinny as shit when he graduated highschool.... now he's all yolked up. Guy is like 5'7 230lbs and works out like shit...endless hammer strength machines(all the inclines, regular, declines), then does db bench and incline and flys for chest for 1 and half hours. Somehow all that shit works for him.

that's a start. keep the dbol at a decent dose 50mg/day should do it. take 1/2mg adex the day after your test injection and another a couple days later. (or if you're doing two 250mg injections, just take 1/2mg the day after the injection.. adex's have life is easy to work with)
use shit that actually works and is worth the money mg per mg. there's a reason soooooooo many guys (pro's included) still use the simple test, deca, dbol combo. ("offseason" of course, precontest things get more complicated)

the thing is I once had the build I wanted naturally...lost it...and now am just not willing to put in the time to get it back as a natty. I'm not gonna wait 2 years to be where i want to be. I'll do it in 6 months instead I hope.

I did this cycle as my first. 500mg test and 5 naposims aday. All hg. Gains were insane. Gained from 110kgx4 to 170kg x 2 in the bench. Put on about 15 kg, alot of water but wtf :)

Kinda doc, I've really struggling with this decision.
I mean if I did it it would be like 100 Test Prop EOD for like 2-3 months, maybe for like 2 times year over the summer.
I just wanna be ripped without feeling like shit all the time from dieting and not having a libido cos every time I diet my libido goes to shit, my hair starts falling out and I feel like death, so yeah I might look good but I feel like shit.
When I'm like say 15% BF I feel great, strong, athletic in good mood but obviously don't look great, just like an average gym rat maybe etc.
I feel like screaming ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH......rea lly don't know what to do.
Every time i am in the gym and I am training or seeing other people train I am like fuck it, I am jumping on gear ASAP.
Then when I am at home thinking in reflective mood I am like don't be so fucking stupid.
I almost just want someone else to make the decision for me.
Im assuming your a grown man....and if you are ...then you gotta make your own decisions and you have to look yourself in the mirror. Been at this for 23 years now....and I was ripped natty at 160...and the diet did not make me feel like it does you...my wanna give your cardio and diet another look. Now on the others hand I was also 215 ripped and feeling "LIKE A BOSS"... It's all up to you.

It's mean and median by age group. At 19.4, you are a little under the average, but your doc is right. It's not his job to make you "optimal", that's your decision to make.

Perhaps you need to PM Vince Basile. He claims most naturals don't know how to get maximal hypertrophy. In act, he claims you should get a 1/10th of an inch increase in arm size with every workout. A month should produce 1" total of size. Thats pure training gold right there if you don't take advantage of it. Makes me wonder why I stopped training naturally a few years ago. I wouldn't have had to hang up the thong in 2008. I could have simply gotten bigger with the right 'coach'

The health aspects ARE important, unless you don't to take the DA route. You like to party? Combining gear with alcohol/recreational drugs isn't wise (understatement)
400 mgs has its mental effect. Hard to say how strong, we all differ, but make sure you have some phone numbers from potential sex partners ;)

Why would you take a prop ester? That's IMO only smart during a pre contest phase, but if you do, divide it by 2-3 injections per week, say 3x 150 for example.
In general, you need PCT after 10-12 weeks, depending on the compounds/period/dosages, but why not go 10 weeks off and repeat your cycle? Anyway, there are generally 2 routes; on-off or blast-cruise. PCT is intended for a long time off or in case you need to stop for whatever reason.

Cos I can only get Test Prop and Deca on script and they come in 50 or 100 ampules so was gonna do 100 EOD so that would be 400 a week.
So what you saying do 10 weeks and then come off totally for 10 weeks no pct?

Sounds fair, but I could only give a relevant answer, in case I've worked with prop myself, but I did only test enan so far.

Macros build muscle,each gram of the essential macros contains a certain amount of calories.............4 for both protein and carbs,and 9 for fat,so you CAN figure out your calories by using the calories found in each macro yes,but once again,calories do NOT build muscle.
Protein builds muscle, along with many other factors............calor ies do not,they either make you gain or lose bodyweight,possibly neither fat nor muscle and maybe just water.........it depends on a lot of variables..
So be a weak willed Gaylord and get that Big Mac instead of opting for a skinless chicken breast............both contain the macronutrient called protein,but the fucking Big Mac has more fat,sodium,calories,etc. etc.,and the Protein Efficieny Ratio is poor compared to chicken breast..ie,it`s a shitty quality of processed protein.

Get on to hormone replace therapy with a doctors prescription and leave it at that.
You don't need steroids because you look great. Judging by your pictures.
However at 35 you should not have a non-existent libido. I'm 35....have a shitload of estrogen and have a great libido.
I think all you need is some HRT to get that libido running and you're golden.
No need to play the size game....you've got a great, healthy looking physique. Your physique would be classified as the "pussy puller" physique.
Plus the HRT may help you put on size...I don't know what the doc will give you. My ex took only TRT...was in his 50's at the time and gained plenty of size from just that.

Take in no additional fat......you`ll get plenty of trace fat from your diet.
Increase protein to 180 gms per day for insurance purposes......you are training hard,or at least you should be which tears down muscle tissue.
Cycle your starchy carbs............don`t just eat one set amount per day.
A seven day carb cycle could look like this:
Day 1-200
Day 2-150
Day 3-75
Day 4-30
Day 5-0
Day 6-300
Day-7-50
Keep repeating this over and over...go by the mirror not the scale.
Drink as much water as possible throughout the day.

Recently, I've dropped about 10 lbs. and am down to 195. I like how I feel with less weight to carry around. Your friend's workouts seem a bit too long. It is best to keep them to around an hour total.

so is that cool, or do I have to eat 180g protein from meat, I just can't take no more dry chicken and tuna and shit, like actually feel like just starving myself than have to eat rank dry chicken all the time bro.
Shakes are fine if you must,just mix in water only.

Test is a dirty drug and anything over 250 will cause estrogen issues. Deca causes issues over 200 or so but combining those two low doses = synergistic without many sides. Add 100 mg masteron too and that's my "cycle"
I have one of the best hrt docs in the us doing my bloodwork which is partly how I settled on those numbers, any more means needing small amounts of ancillaries and I don't think those are safe to take long term

I haven't been "off" in two years...to me off is taking halodrol for a month.
That being said...the most gear I ever took in a week was 450 mg....ever. ill low dose my pussy cycles right into my 50's ....and walk around at 230+ pounds at 8-9% without even trying .

I think Gal and I are on the same page for a lot of this stuff, use the least amount of drugs, eat the least amount of food (although I am going through my emotional fat woman stage currently) and use the least amount of weight (train higher volume,use great form, make a light weight feel heavy so you don't get injured). Obviously he looks way better because I'm currently 13%+ :'(
Doing lots of aas won't do much more than small amounts unless you have really great receptors. But it will make you bloated, sickly and probably hurt you when you are full of tren and lifting way more weight than your body was ever designed to tolerate
