I am now 80 kilos, this is a joke, I was 84/85 less than 10 days ago.
When I carb/calorie restrict real low weight just flies off, my goal was 78 kilos and like only 2 kilos away, I am sure by next week I will be 78 kilos.
So should I now go down to 75 then or even 73? Farrrrrrrrk
Been doing Keto for like 10 days str8 now, feel like death, keep going or carb up now????
Fucking fat still around hips, pisses me off.
Eating like this, kept carbs less than 30g a day calories around 900 -1300 a day + Weight Training & Cardio for 15-18 hours a week.
Today Eating:
Morning: 9am (Pre Workout)
10g BCCA's
1 x Scoop On Whey (less than 4g carbs)
2 x Boiled Eggs
2 x Scoop Craze
Workout: Back + Biceps + Cardio (2.5 hours total)
Post Workout 12.30pm:
10g BCCA's
1 x Scoop Creatine
4.00pm
200g skinless Chicken + 2 shoots of lettuce
5 x Almonds
5.00pm
1 x Scoop On Whey
7.30pm
Will have 150g white fish (no skin)
Won't eat till after 8.00pm till next day
I feel like death:
Can't sleep at night
Headache
Every time I stand up get Huuuuge head rush
No energy to do anything, don't feel like working

I agree, its a bit extreme and unsustainable unless you had bottom range bf levels already, a well planned carb cycling will get most people in double figures to break into the single digit area....from then on good luck as the fun really begins

No need to be afraid of little water weight...makes the muscles look full and proper.
Keto is brutal for the first 2-3 weeks then it gets easier as your body adapts.
Question you need to ask yourself, do you NEED to diet on keto? Because its not necessary for everyone.

As Lyle Mcdonald recommends, drop the protein powders and eat meat proteins. It will fill you up and help with the hunger.

Keto sux,just cycle carbs,keep protein high-ish based on your lean bodymass,and do not add in any additional fats,tons of water also.
If you "guessstimate" that your LBM is 155 pounds,take in 180 gms. of protein.
Oh yeah,eat clean.

Exactly the diet I am following right now "Ultimate Diet 2", although I just kept going without the refeed so far and I ain't doing his training protocol either with the high rep deplete shit, I don't have energy to go beyond 8 reps max.
Should I just inject the Test E now and carry on, it's sitting on my desk or should I come down to 73-75 kilos before I start.

You shouldn't lose much if any muscle if you're following his dieting guidelines unless youre going really low in bf. if he says do a refeed do a refeed.

However, in my opinion, you can get the same benefits - fat loss/muscle retention - by skirting around ketosis and having a few more carbs to just keep you out of it.

8 eggwhites

1/2 cup oatmeal (no milk,just use artificial sweetener)
16 oz. water
MEAL 4
Chicken breast ( 6 oz. cooked weight)
1 cup brown or white rice
salad with FF or lowfat dressing
16 oz. water
MEAL 5
Chicken breast ( 6oz. cooked weight)
1/2 cup brown rice
Broccoli (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (cherry) 1 cup
Carrots (chopped) 1 cup
16 oz. water
MEAL 6
1 can tuna packed in water,not oil (plain eat it right out of the can,nothing added to it)

Here`s some other stuff I think would help you out and also to make this a higher carb day,just keep it around the same for everything but:
add 1/2 cup rice to Meal # 2
add 1/2 cup rice to Meal # 3
add 1/2 cup oatmeal to Meal # 4
add 1/2 cup rice to Meal # 5
add a baked potato to Meal # 6
(make cuts in the potato and cook in microwave...takes 6-8 minutes depending on size)
If I were you,I would eat the low carb plan for 3 days,followed by the higher carb day for two days and just keep repeating this plan......it`s simple but it works and you are still eating clean.
Always drink a ton of water when dieting.......more water in = more water out....much more....drink it with all your meals..........helps you get shredded much faster for many reasons
You can eat tons of veggies and salads while dieting.....it takes more cals to digest them than they actually contain
So if you get too hungry,just eat some more salad
Rice cakes with natty peanut butter,air-popped popcorn with artificial butter spray are also two good things to eat if cravings come,just don`t pig out on them

Absolutely wrong. I did keto with refeeds after three days to get in to the condition I am in the pics underneath my handle. I started in the mid-teens with BF. The beautiful thing about keto is how mind numbingly simple it is. That, and how absolutely breathtakingly delicious your refeeds are.

This is good too, but for my mental health I would need like a billion carbs on day 4 ;D I personally only count protein/fats when dieting since I just go as low carb as possible without breaking 50g (until day 4). Day 4 I go nuts and eat everything.

Dude, if you have been under 50g of carbs for almost two weeks, go have a cheat day. Adjust the frequency of your cheat days. I say at LEAST once a week.

simons diet is high protein, 6 meals, low-moderate carbs,low fat.
weekend gives a bit of slack,but within sane calorie limits.
the last finishing touch is similiar to galeniko diet, last 2 weeks or so.
btw galeniko diet is not ketosis, the body will be in something like glucogenesis, keto diet means no carbs, moderate or high fats, medium to high proteins, i do not do that.

As an aside, I think your feast or famine mindset/approach to food is probably going to hurt you more than help you. It's cliche, and probably not helpful, but a healthy and balanced relationship with vittles would serve you better. I think you'd be best off dropping all the hardcore attitude and methods, and go along with more of one that TA espouses until you get a firm hand on the body composition tiller. Then you can over-complicate things to your heart's desire.

No Keto is a fantastic diet for fat loss results.
I mean I ain't saying its healthy, its very unhealthy actually and makes me insulin resistant but works brilliantly.
The big problem is losing muscle, but my theory is this shouldn't be a problem once I go on the test, which will be very very soon.
Just gonna get as skinny/anorexic as possible and then blowup on test.
I might even try and go down to 154lb but that will be fucking brutal.

Your workouts are way, way too long. 90 minutes should be your max time in the gym on any given day. Work out smarter, not longer. It is no wonder your workouts feel like a joke.

Go by the mirror. Any lines in your stomach or your arms cutting up? I saw a pic of your upper body once and you were decently lean. It was basically just a straight shot of your front with your arms at your side. If I'm correct you arent in that shape right now? When you get back down to that shape jump on some gear. Little run of test, 500mgs/wk, would do wonders for you.

I am not worried about blood pressure because actually I have low blood pressure, always like 90/63 etc like that, sometimes it get's worse from dieting and goes lower even, always get head rushes all the time.
So with the test 250mg a week, it will make my appetite go up or down or stay same?
Generally appetite is increased, however everyone is different

I have the same issue sometimes. I would not worry about size until I am finished with everything. First, I shed the fat off just with strict dieting. Then you go on hormones AND fatburners. This way you look better and better by the day. You get that look with little fat to none, full muscles and vascular

I have the same issue sometimes. I would not worry about size until I am finished with everything. First, I shed the fat off just with strict dieting. Then you go on hormones AND fatburners. This way you look better and better by the day. You get that look with little fat to none, full muscles and vascular

There's a big difference between a 16 inch ripped arm vs. a 16 inch fat/bloated arm, very big difference. I'd say that a 16 inch fat/bloated arm ends up becoming a 14 inch ripped arm, once one get ripped up.

Generally the more levels you have fulfilled on the lower levels the more self actualized you become, that my experience of it anyway.
No need to explain the 'promotion' aspect of this Maslow's theory, I know that. In reality however, almost no one is able to manage this. For example, you might experience enlightenment, even after someone broke into your house last night. My conclusion: you can't simplify someones priorities, but Maslow did a good attempt.

Once the test kicks in I will bump protein up to 250g and calories up to around 1500-1800 ish.
Should get nice shrink wrap effect.
Also at that point I will start going nuts on Arimidex so should tighten up nicely.

Only problem right now is finding needles and syringe which I will try to get tomorrow.

The bio-impedence scales use electronic shocks to test conductivity in your system based on body fat level. That in itself is not entirely erroneous as a theory but it fails to take account of the effect of water (even if a separate measuring device in the scale tests this) and doesn't consider time of day, which is a factor.
But certainly if you were 5%, it wouldn't give 12. I'd say the margin of error is about 1.5-2%, a bit worse than calipers.
IMO your best bet is to do more interval cardio and have a high carb day follow by 5-6 low carb days. You'll be 70k within 3 weeks.

You have to look like a corpse before you can start packing on the slabs of muscle. Accept that for about 8 weeks, you'll have sunken cheeks and sinewy muscles. But you'll also have a six pack. That's an alpha look, galeniko walks around with it 365.

I'll tell you what I just weighed at exactly 80Kgs dead. I haven't lifted weights in years and I look like shit but I want to get down to 70Kgs. I'll race you there.? I was hit by a van and have got in aweful shape was 13'7 and fat as hell the beginning of january. 12'7 today. A little competition helps sometime.

The problem is when people eat low to no carbs for 5 days and then have a cheat meal or cheat day. Since it takes the body roughly 2 days to get back in a fat burning mode you've really only ate low carbs for 3 days. Do this for months on end and you won't lose a thing and that's where people trip up.

I literally didn't close an eye for 6 days straight last week when I tried going Keto again. Granted, I did it hardcore with less than 1200kcal/day (wasn't hungry) and like 5 carbs, but shit man. I did not fucking sleep. I was a zombie. And I ended up taking beta-blockers from an old guy down the street because my heart wouldn't drop below 100/min. Did lose 9lbs of water in a week though.

Pretty much why I say if you're doing low carb, do it strict for 1-2 months (longer is unlikely to work out psychologically) and then see whether you're ready to use carbs again and do cardio to compensate for the extra calories/water.
