half a roasted chicken with skin and juices

pre bed: 2scoops protein, some rum

Whole chicken depending on size (1050 calories 140g protein)
4 x scoops Whey = 120g protein 400 calories
2 x 700 calorie Pizza= 1400 calories (15g protein)
400g Rice = 500 calories (10g protein)
2 x shot rum 80 cal each
gonna guess you ate 285g protein and 3500 ish calories
that's not bad at all
damn nearly perfect
chicken is supposedly 1KG

Thanks I know my food.
But the thing is though bro I don't trust protein powders for some reason I don't think they act same way as food I found.
So I would ditch the protein powders and get that extra 140g protein in real food if possible (which I know is a bitch, I hate eating proteins)
But I found it makes big difference.
Best thing is to shred whole bunch of chicken in blender and mix it with some juice or something and just down it like a shake
The advice you give is simply awful.
And you ditched protein powders for what....2 days?????
