Absolutely. Anything above 100 is dusty in my gym, and I only bust those out every 3/4 months for ego's sake. And inclined!? Super stuff. Last time I threw back (flat) 120's was 4-5 years ago.

Depends on your bodyweight.
Over 250lbs = strong, but not terribly impressive.
200lbs or under = very impressive.

dumbbells mean shit. The flat bench press is a bullshit lift too guys get a lot out of leg drive and arching. the incline bench is a far better test of strength because you can't cheat on it. I know a powerlifter who hit 450 raw and can't get 385 on the incline ::)

315 for 10 reps- badass dude
405 for 10 reps- freak...legit 500-550 lb bencher

Depends on your form. If you are doing legit reps all the way down to your chest and all the way up to full flexion, then yes that is strong. If you are doing them like most and moving the weight a few inches up and down at the top of the ROM, then no it isn't particularly impressive.

Assuming the tiny chance you're not just making stuff up and telling tall tales online to compensate for a tiny penis , obviously 120 x 15 incline is very strong.
If they're done slowly , full range of motion with a slight pause at the bottom.
If they're done the way I see 99% of gym goers doing them it's a bit less impressive

Every single guy on this forum has used anabolic steroids at some point. No guy willing to spend their time on a bbing forum and post has not used or tried a steroid at some point. That's the way I feel.
You want me to believe your natural benching 500 pounds? lifting world class numbers? Get blood work done this week. Send me your driver's license with your real name and a sign holding my name on it matching the guy in the drivers license. Then show me blood work documenting test levels as well as LH production with your name on it. If the latter is low everyone will know your on TRT and can assume you've used anabolics at some point.

I made the mistake of trying to diet on low(er) carbs on that shit.
Talk about blood sugar crash wanting to die every day. Gave up on that diet after about a week.
Also, I drank on it once, never again. I have ran low dose orals for like 3/4 months straight, but the three weeks I am on superdrol at a time pack on more muscle than anything. (I havent taken any injects other than test)

120 for 15 reps = no fucking way. That's the 55kg dumbbells. I've seen exactly 3 people in my 17 years of training that could handle that or above. I've only ever gone up to the 50kg dumbbells where I pushed 6 reps. This was all natural by the way. Maybe I was good for 2-3 reps on the 120s but most certainly no more. I never trained for strength anyway, only to build. If I really trained for it and juiced accordingly, then I could probably do it.

On the other hand, Simple Simon has a physique that is comparable to the classic pro's of the 70's. He would wipe the floor with you (and almost everyone else here).
Just try to be the best you can be rather than constantly comparing yourself to others who are on a level (or several) above you.

I never stated I bench 500. Ever. Far from it. Barring injury or some colossal burnout, I should be around the 430-440 mark by fall. I have been chasing a raw 700 squat for YEARS (and believe I will do it, but it will take plenty more training) and have officially pulled 650 (and was set to likely pull just over seven at my last meet but suffered an injury on my second squat attempt). My best official squat with a single-ply suit is 660 (I no longer compete with anything other than a belt). In the same suit, in the gym, I did a sorta high 705.
Now, as far as the steroids tale, well, I am 100-percent natural.
(I dabbled for about eight weeks in the mid-90s, and in 28 years worth of lifting, that is IT.)
If you don't believe me, it's not important to me, beyond this response, to attempt to prove it.

Second of all I wasn't slighting you in my post, you insecure thing.... I think you look decent. You're big, I just think you look would look better at that bodyfat and just get bigger, as opposed to getting peeled.

To bang out the 225lb shoulder press for 15 (especially seated which is way harder than standing) is no joke and I am 100% sure he would have got close to 20 if he wasn't focused on trying to cover his face which was breaking his concentration and made the bar unbalanced (which you could clearly see in the video)
He got that denseness and muscle maturity which you get with solid strength foundation which he clearly has.
If he tightens his shit up a bit I reckon in time he would have and exceptional physique and he is young and can only improve.
Also he is super down to earth and humble guy and not like most dickheads on here who just wanna criticize.

I told the gym psycho about this today so after heavy bench he did the 55kg dbs on incline, he got 12 proper reps. so if this guy got 15 that's damn good

120 for 15 is good, normal gym good, but not Metroflex good. You're strong but not a freak. I did 60kg incline presses for 10 reps, proper form, but couldn't even get 6 next set and pecs felt like they would tear. Just go lighter now, anywhere from 40-50kg depending if I do flat first, but stuck doing machines now cos of inflamed tendon in shoulder.
Flint has a good build and looks decent, easy to hate on him but come on.

blah blah blah its all about how big you are / how much you weight , you know this... I spotted a 440lb strongman competitor the other day who put up 180s for 7-10 on incline , no big deal.
