Bro you look good man, but keep hammering those triceps, do you do separate arms workouts or just put biceps after back and triceps after chest?
I get much better results training arms separately 2 to 3 times a week.

Tris are a problem for sure. I can't do doubles, so I hit arms with my push/pull/legs split 2x a week.

Why would you work your arms 3 times weekly when you work your back you stimulate the biceps and you stimulate the triceps when you work chest, most people overtrain their arms then complain that its not growing.

Big arms cannot be built on rubber bands my friend your arms will be average forever.

It's not all that difficult...

So my biceps and tricep know its a metal plate and a bar as opposed to an elastic band?
Now please enlighten us how to that is.

I don't think the indirect stimulation you get from back/shoulder or chest training is remotely sufficient for the type of training required for arms to grow.
Typically with chest/shoulders/back training you train heavy with around say 8-12 rep range so your not really burning triceps or biceps the way you should for optimal growth and you take longer rest times because of weight handled.
Training arms directly and with drop sets and super sets with minimal rest really allows you to get the blood pumping in the muscle and focus on the burn and that's makes my arms respond the best.
My arms recover almost within 24-48 hours so I find higher volume/higher frequency is more optimal.
I could never train say chest/legs or back like that though. For those I believe in heavy weight training mostly

Built.
Good job.

Test is test. Just more or less shots.
Im running var/test/eq... I really dig the combo for strength/endurance as im trying to get back in shape to start back into combat sports again.

I have explained a million times that you get stronger faster when the body work as a unit with the support muscles involve rather than isolating and machine training, this strength gain then leads to using heavier weights which leads to more muscle growth, but you are stubborn and stuck in your stupid ways and you are unable to understand this.

Youre working on the massive assumption that strength gain = muscle gain, which we all know is not entirely true in all cases.

As someone that uses bands, there is a completely different feel than lifting straight free weights.

I think it depends largely on genetics (including structure and lifting mechanics).
I find my shoulders tend to take the brunt of the aux work on chest day and my tris are minimally involved, compared to others whos tris get a ton of involvement but shoulders not so much.
Same with back, I try and do the movement in a way that I feel my back muscles contracting and not my biceps. I get some involvement but not like others who just heave weight around.

yep, also jj seems to equate "feeling" with efficacy
classic noob mistake

AJ: great build, dude trains hard and makes more money than most on this board, plus has a hot wife. I'd say he's doing well for himself.

Stop Googling all your answers basement boy.
Struth, growing stronger leads to heavier weights and more muscle growth, correct, however its the intensity of the movement that leads to muscle growth, the muscle doesn't know weight it only knows intensity.
People who have to use heavy weights to gain are the ones who are unable to focus on the muscle, its all about chucking weights around.
Now fuck off

I have a huge selection of bands. I use them for a lot of stuff: auxiliary resistance on bench, militaries, all resistance on face-pulls, pull-throughs and press-downs. Rehab stuff (as more shit gets wonky). I got mine from Westside and EliteFTS.
Trainer ::)
I think I am going to make that side by side of me and "trainer" my fucking sig.

Simon spreading his infectious feminine rubber band training and turning getbig lifters into sissies, you all should get the fuck out of the gym and go join a yoga class with your rubber bands and leave the heavy iron lifting to real men.

mate the band i got is tough and it is more than enough resistance for tricep training as a finishing off movement. handy for me when i do workout at home as i have no cable pulley. Can do a lot with it.

There is nothing wrong with how you use it, its not the same as sissy simon who goes to the gym wait on the women to finish with the rubber bands then proceed to use it to do his biceps and triceps training.

grab your right wrist instead of your hand. and push your left shoulder forward and slightly up. this should cramp your left pec and it will look larger.

ALSO rotating wrist/hand down like a hammer grip will elongate bicep to look longer too.

In a couple of months, I will hit that pose again for comparison and do that.
Thanks!
