Do you have somebody sick or dying what the fuck is so important that you cant wait until the gym session is over cease this faggotry at once.

Do this instead

Stretch between sets
Get your mind in the zone for the next set

You will get a much better workout

I'll be even a bit more restrictive.  Re rack your weights in the proper order and in the proper place.  10s, 25s, 5s, 45s go with each other not in some mixed up mishmash on the same prong.

I frequently check my phone during workouts especially on arm or chest day.. Club pumps make my penor awaken thinking of the girlys I will be hitting on later that night.. So thus texting begins

There needs to be a mass shooting for people to quit their bullshit phone obsession..  Maybe then people will show some respect to their fellow man.  Society is a disgrace with their social media bullshit.  Age of the non important, but so self important.

Looks like a shoe for Olympic lifters. How many bodybuilders need them? They don't cleans, snatches or do full range Olympic squats.

they help with with full squats because they elevate the heel

if you plan on doing full squats with good form i recommend them

just buy ironworks II for half price of latest shoes

cheaper than beatsbydre headphones of peace so why not

"necessary"?

Olympic lifting shoes are worth it if you like them, my Adidas have lasted 6 years and only now are starting to show real wear. Really nice feel compared to regular shoes when squatting, etc.... Most important thing for average folks in lifting shoes is hard soles, later you can figure if heels, etc.... will be helpful.

since when did the gym become the refuge for antisocial cock-smellers ?

I talk to plenty of people every time I'm in the gym. have a few laughs.

if you can't differentiate, and switch gears between goofing off, and time to focus you must be some sort of idiot.

Someone please tell me I'm not a "serious" trainer...I could use a laugh.

You are not serious about lifting you are a fucking jerk off, you have all day to crack jokes and goof off and if you cannot spend 1 hour in the gym being serious and focus on your lifting then you are wasting time and you would actually see better results if you took lifting seriously instead of acting like its a fucking joke.
