i have been eating 10 egg whites and one yolk for breakfast for along time on my days off. anyway you cook them, they suck. with salsa on top, cheese on top, hot sauce on top.
its getting harder and harder to get them down. but, its a easy breakfast for me. fast to cook, quick protein. easy clean up. but they suck balls.

If you want to mix it up, use 3-4 egg whites and 1-2 whole eggs with cheese and some veggies.

Why the fuck do you eat them? Eat some ground meat, chicken breast, fish, turkey, lean ham, whatever. Not sure why bodybuilders force feed themselves this shit.

However, what is often overlooked are the many nutrients that come with that, such as the fat-soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids and other nutrients. One egg yolk has around 55 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 210 mg of cholesterol, 8 mg of sodium, and 2.7 grams of protein.
A slice of cheddar cheese has 113 calories, 9 g of total fat, and 6 g of saturated fat, 29 mg of cholesterol, 174 mg of sodium and 7 grams of protein.
If you are concerned about cholesterol, then you may have some reason to avoid egg yokes, or not. Whole eggs are a nearly perfect food, with almost every essential vitamin and mineral our bodies need to function. The real threat to high cholesterol is saturated and trans fats, not dietary cholesterol.

Would it be this stuff? Seems harmless enough. There's some chemicals in it. The sodium level isn't too bad. Personally, I am always leery of zero calorie and nutrient poor products. For example, I've never bought into the idea of drinking diet pop. Turns out, I made a good decision there since diet pop has recently been shown to be not so good for people.

I eat this every morning with 1 slice of provolone mixed in. Oatmeal with raisins too. This breakfast makes you strong as fuck in the gym too.

Big Ronnie didn't eat bland food. In his videos he's always putting some kind of spice or sauce on his protein foods.
It's my observation that many gym rats eat stricter, Spartan like diets then the top pros.
Obviously, it does little to make them better bodybuilders. Just sayin'

I never bought into the idea of special diets. In the long run they don't work for most people anyway. If you don't believe me, just look at a lot of bodybuilders in their off season. Why is it fat people are always on a diet? Why do these diets rarely work?
I eat real food all of the time. No artificial foods for me. If I want sugar in tea, I use sugar not some chemical sweetener.

Ya it's simlar. This stuff is marketed as popcorn salt and they have all kinds of good flavors. I use it on my burgers, shrimp you name it

Howard Ronnie was 320lb in offseaon and was on 30ui plus of gh a day you can't even begin to compare what they can get away with eating

Ronnie also downed a bottle of KC Masterpiece daily with the sugar content of 500 grams per bottle to go with his Insulin.
Still wish we'd know the truth about Ronnie's supplements. How the fuck do you go from 15th to winning 8 Mr. Olympias in a row without some miracle drug.

If you looked at Ronnie from the 96 and 97 Mr. Os he was overlooked. He had a better back, chest and overall look than Nasser and many of the other top guys. He still was freaky, just not 98 Mr. O dry and freaky.

OK, OK, you have my word he won't ever do it again, lol!
But yeah... Stop eating them or as suggested the pancake option is waayyy better.
Since I'm a lazy son of a bitch all that is too much work for me. I cook them in the pan, and mix them up as I cook them and drench them in ketchup. Had low carb ketchup once, gave me the runs big time, but shitting your lungs out does make you look leaner.
Eggs are good for the last meal of the day as the whole eggs (you really should chose this route) have a nice slow release in the system and is not too heavy on the stomach.
