What do u think? Almost real food.

500ml of pure pinneaple juice with a serving of nutrabolics post recovery shit that gives me another 40 carbs so 100grams of carbs.

And 50 grams isolate with creatine or whatever you prefer here...

I'm on a diet. Booty, you wish. I have had some fat from prior dreamer bulk but trying to get rid of that now. Used to have whey shakes but I think they are fattening. I pretty much have the same low metabolism as dexter. Going to Maldives in 2 weeks.

I haven't bought protein/ creatine powder in over 2 years. I stick to whole foods like rice and chicken for post workout. Never really wasted my time on protein after I found out that you can't get huge without gear so instead of spending 60 dollars on an expensive tub of protein for a months worth I bought some testosterone and some cheap chicken breasts and a huge bag of rice and potatoes lol and I'll buy preworkout occasionally maybe every few months since I don't really take it all the time

I had almost the exact same thing.

Except I skipped the oatmeal, rice, coconut milk and banana.  And rice.

Oh, and the whiting was actually chicken fingers.

I mix a scoop of whey with water and grape juice and drink it during my workout.  I find it definitely helps ward off fatigue.

I get 100 intra, 100 post, 120ish 2.5hours later carbs, 100grams almost every meal or I MELT....

I'm not meant to carry much weight being skinny ecto genes...

I do a desk job. Low metabolic rate. Don't weigh 275 either.

Grape Ape... was 232 natty, but not lean, gear makes me a lean 220ish, why would not use it, low doses, perfect bloodwork to prove it.

Would be about 205ish natty. at 6 feet, not big enough...

I dab with slin yes, but to be honest, does not add slabs of meat like people think. Will give me a fuller look and actually get leaner on it. But could do without easily. Does not increase bench, decrease needed time of rest between sets.

Gives nice pumps and I need the type "of gun to my head of eat or die" otherwise I would skip on cals as I hate to eat and would be a bit smaller.

Anal way of seeing stuff, I know, lol....
