BOSTON (AP) — An incoming Boston University professor who called "white college males" a "problem population" and was publicly criticized by the university's president said on Tuesday she regrets making the remarks.
Black sociology professor Saida Grundy, who completed her doctorate at the University of Michigan last year, had declared on her now-private Twitter account that "white masculinity is THE problem for America's colleges."
In other recent tweets, she said, "Deal with your white (expletive), white people. slavery is a (asterisk)YALL(asterisk) thing," and "Every MLK week I commit myself to not spending a dime in white-owned businesses. And every year I find it nearly impossible."

Hearing about race every other day in the media is very old. Don't people realize that they encourage more racism than anything in society? People aren't smart enough to see it though. It's about ratings and creating divide.

However why is slavery still thought of as a "white" issue. Isn't it common knowledge that black Africans sold other black Africans to white Europeans? Slavery has been an issue throughout all of time, it still happens today. I don't understand why it's still an issue or topic. ....

Again I understand the issue with race in America, it is a legitimate issue; that said it has always been like that starting with the Irish, Italians, Poles (these first "white" European groups were considered less then slaves, disposable people because they would do any job and didn't have a property cost), Chinese, Japanese, "blacks" and now Hispanics.
Just like the Baltimore riots becoming a "race" issue (according to the media) despite a large minority control of institutional authority.

I think a lot of people totally misunderstand the word. Quite a few times here people have argued that a particular person can't be racist because they have a partner of X race. There are quite a few races to be prejudiced about.

She apparently has degrees in Sociology and African American Studies. 2 degrees that are completely useless outside of a university teaching job, or perhaps something else paying a taxpayer-funded modest monthly wage in the current bloated government we have.
If she had degrees in engineering, science, math, or something business-related, I might give anything she says in general some consideration. As far as this actual subject is concerned, I'd give her credibility if she was a crim justice / criminology professor who had past experience as a cop, corrections officer, criminal lawyer, parole officer, or similar professions dealing with the scum that actually commit the vast majority of crimes in the US. I am a professor at Duke University. Every Asian student has a very simple old American first name that symbolizes their desire for integration. Virtually every black has a strange new name that symbolizes their lack of desire for integration. The amount of Asian-white dating is enormous and so surely will be the intermarriage. Black-white dating is almost non-existent because of the ostracism by blacks of anyone who dates a white.
It was appropriate that a Chinese design won the competition for the Martin Luther King state. King helped them overcome. The blacks followed Malcolm X.

Hearing about race every other day in the media is very old. Don't people realize that they encourage more racism than anything in society? People aren't smart enough to see it though. It's about ratings and creating divide.
Most form their opinions on other races based on the media.
