Almost like she tries to do this shit, reinforcing every negative stereotype there is. And Rs still refuse to distance themselves, the fucking clowns.
Her blatant anti-intellectualism and phony, f'n folksy kitsch is truly punchworthy - initially what pushed me toward the middle in '08. And the base just eats it up, proudly embracing idiocy.

Stupid people need heroes too.

Koko would be an upgrade, pal. At least she reads.

Palin embodies the celebration of anti-curiosity.
Trump is purposefully vague so when he delivers liberal policy, he isn't breaking his word. The odd part is, he wants GREATNESS but won't define what policies make up that greatness. I mean, Obama might think his policies equal greatness, and Ted Cruz might believe his policies will lead to greatness... but they at least TELL US what these policies are.
Trump is selling a box full of wonder, sealed yet promised to be "full of wonder". Purchase the box, and you get to see all the wonder inside, and it'll bring greatness. but he's not going to talk about the box's contents yet.
And people are OKAY WITH THAT? ????
-
Sarah Palin still exists? And people are still paying attention to her? Will wonders never cease?

Bring an automatic rifle and start waving it around the next she appears in public.
She will be thrilled.

LOL
and so far has never complained about a "gotcha" question

Come immigrants, learn to speak American
It's easy. Just watch a bunch of Palin videos
-
Maybe people should learn to speak Obama (without his teleprompter).

Equivalent to "What about Bush?" from Libs when Obama is criticized. You really feel the need to defend this embarrassing void?

Not defending anything.
Maybe people should speak Biden? :)

Just seems weak, like when blacks felt obligated to support OJ. Best to weed out your own. Sad that neither side has the balls or integrity to do such.
Precisely why politicians are a f'n joke.

Politicians are a joke because we keep electing duds and don't hold them accountable.

... and partisan hypocrites defending incompetence when it comes from their tribe. Country of idiots, we get what we deserve.

Palin also uses a teleprompter (or writes on her hand, which is worse).
Once again, you have taken the backwards route to making Obama look better and the republican actually look worse.
Da fck?

That's part of not holding them accountable.

Every fucking voter I know. "Yay Team!" right or wrong. Wish we'd do away with parties altogether. Run completely on issues - no base, no allegiances, no predetermined dogma.
Am I really the only one?
I swear to God, everyone I know, R or D; they just subscribe to every GD position on the list. Not a single independent thought to be had.

There are lots of true believers, but there are lots of independent voters too. I know a number of them. I'm one of them. We are the ones who help decide presidential elections.

So I probably will vote dem. i'd love to see Obama choose a Wes Clark for a running mate, or a Jim Webb, possibly more likely, for strong military and defense credibility.
My whole family - all Republicans - are voting Obama. i'm driving them to the station later - buying everyone dinner - making it a real family event.

Your thoughts on Palin?
I like her, but she's not a politician and not running for office.

Exactly,... absolutely zero consistency.
weak minded idiots

no... you're not... you're Fox News of getbig. You are a pom pom toting cheerleader for the republican party... you know this already
-

Well said. Should have figured out a way to do this from the beginning.

Dos Equis hasn't said anything mean about a repub, or anything nice about a dem, in the 10 or 11 years he's been on getbig.
He's voted republican since converting from a wet-stain clinton voter.
This whole "We" thing is laugharific. He might fancy himself an independent... but wow...
-

Why thank you. Fox News is fair and balanced, so I'll take that as a compliment.
As for the rest, when you come to grips with the fact you are as far left as Obama, then we can talk.
-
Exactly,... absolutely zero consistency.
weak minded idiots
Indeed, both sides.
-
I like her
Ok. Wow.
Why?
-
Ok. Wow.
Why?
Because she has good understanding of local politics. She is right about the size and role of the federal government. She is right about the need to cut spending and reduce our tax burden. She is right about national security. She has actually been one of the loudest voices opposing entrenched DC politicians.
-
Fox News is fair and balanced
Fox News PROVIDES the balance by tipping far right, to cancel out the far-left of MSNBC.
ANyone delusional enough to believe FOX is center... lol amazing
-
As a still somewhat conservative Fox viewer, Fox is nowhere near fair and/or balanced. No more than MSNBC, CNN, or the f'n Daily Show.

Reasonable minds can disagree. I haven't been watching much of anything for the past several months, but I've watched enough to have an informed opinion. Their hard news shows are fair and balanced. Their opinion shows have a conservative bias, but even those shows always have one or more liberal talking heads participating.
They should not be mentioned in the same breath with MSNBC.
CNN has really become more of an entertainment network IMO.

It's the same thing, different side. I can't watch MSNBC, precisely because they Fox from the Left. Fox's liberal guests (along with Shep/Geraldo) are the only semblance of "balance" on the entire network. Which doesn't quite equate to balanced.
How is this opinion, though? It's simply what it is, same with the others.

It's not the same. MSNBC is unmatchable. Full of hacks. Al Sharpton has his own show. Seriously? O'Donnell? There is a reason why Fox crushes them in ratings across the board.
The fact Fox has liberals on all of their opinion shows helps make them fair and balanced.
Hard news and opinion shows are not the same.

exactly and Bum would be one of the first to trot that one out

You're seriously using ratings to validate "balance"? Shall we likewise use record sales to determine Bieber's overall musical relevance?
Sharpton/O'Donnell = stooges, agreed. Beck/Palin/Rove = what, fair and balanced? All regulars on Fox. They're fucking hacks, guy. Ingraham, Coulter ... c'mon, dude. Hannity as well, maybe to a lesser extent, but barely.
This is just blind allegiance; you won't see it because they're yours. They were mine, too, but I got over the cheerleader nonsense. Much easier to see them now for what they are.
Anyway, thanks for the back and forth. Think I've lost interest here.
-
Wait, is Dos/Bum formerly 33333.14159/Soul Crusher?

No I'm not using rating to validate balance. I'm using ratings to show that Fox has better programming.
Beck is not a Fox regular, unless that has happened in the past several months. Citing only conservative talking heads to show they are not balanced? Why not mention all of the liberals who appear on their opinion shows?
-
Wait, is Dos/Bum formerly 33333.14159/Soul Crusher?
Nope.
-
It's always the people that pride themselves on never watching trash like MSNBC that believe they have this accurate evaluation of the networks.
Hogwash, and Dos Equis is being doubted by conservatives here too. I mean, a guy that says he never watches the others suddenly knows how to compare them? Oh, let's ask the deaf guy to do CD reviews.
I watch all 3. CNN is left of center and more of a "TMZ meets politics" - they'd rather cover a brit wedding than anything the US has to offer. MSNBC is left wing gotcha tv. FOX is right wing reinforcement of anger.
-
i'd consider Trump to be an upgrade from palin.
yes, moving in the general direction of 'up'
-
Assuming Sarah Palin actually has some understanding of how such a position works...
Trump should offer her Sec. of Energy, just to piss off anyone with a 90+ IQ, and really suck up to the base!
-

As for speaking "American", I find Palin's accent quite annoying but I won't require her to change it. Does Palin speak English or "American"? Similarly I find the Spanish language (both American and Peninsular) annoying.

x 1,000 counts of aggravated assault to her irritating, nasally cokcsukcer.
Also, I think she really wants them to speak Palin.
