Obama continuing his destruction of the haters.....Unemployment rate the lowest its been I over 8 years....CRAZY...we are at more than full employment.....150,000 jobs created last month and the Labor participation rate went UP!!!
The economy is moving into hyperdrive....there are now so many people working, that inflation is a danger.....AND salaries have gone up.....

i can't remember what i had for lunch, but i remember obscure random shit from 30 years ago.
me and coach have been battling on getbig since 2004 or 2005 probably. when someone you've chatted with for years talks about getting saved, you remember it. I vividly remember getting saved when I was a kid, at summer religious camp, after 'flippin thru Philippians" movie, and I was probably 4th or 5th grade at the time. I remember every word of it "if you get saved and your brother doesn't, you may go to heaven and he would not". impactful stuff, I still remember it vividly, literally, 25 years later.

You can try and divert attention away from the job market by looking at past administrations, but it doesn't change the present day facts. We don't have anywhere near full unemployment (as you claimed) when you put the numbers in the proper perspective.
Obama isn't trying to do much of anything. He is lazy. He doesn't even meet with members of his own party. He hasn't done much of what he promised. He doesn't lead. The man is a failure. The white vote was responsible in getting him into office, not the black vote. While many blacks did show their true racist roots and vote in record numbers, just because they had a black candidate to vote for, the numbers wouldn't have mattered if he didn't pull a substantial part of the white vote....They would have been insignificant.

Study: ALL EMPLOYMENT GROWTH Since 2000 Went to Immigrants
According to a major new report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), net employment growth in the United States since 2000 has gone entirely to immigrants, legal and illegal. Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, CIS scholars Steven A. Camarota and Karen Zeigler found that there were 127,000 fewer working-age natives holding a job in the first quarter of 2014 than in 2000, while the number of immigrants with a job was 5.7 million above the 2000 level.
The rapidity with which immigrants recovered from the Great Recession, as well as the fact that they held a disproportionate share of jobs relative to their share of population growth before the recession, help to explain their findings, the authors report. In addition, native-born Americans and immigrants were affected differently by the recession.
Other significant findings include:
*Because the native-born population grew significantly, but the number working actually fell, there were 17 million more working-age natives not working in the first quarter of 2014 than in 2000.
*The share of natives working or looking for work, referred to as labor force participation, shows the same decline as the employment rate. In fact, labor force participation has continued to decline for working-age natives even after the jobs recovery began in 2010.
*Immigrants have made gains across the labor market, including lower-skilled jobs such as maintenance, construction, and food service; middle-skilled jobs like office support and health care support; and higher-skilled jobs, including management, computers, and health care practitioners.
*The supply of potential workers is enormous: 8.7 million native college graduates are not working, as are 17 million with some college, and 25.3 million with no more than a high school education.

They will come back as the rest of the world catches up to the US in terms of cost of living and what not. Eventually it will be just as expensive to make products in China and India as it is in the US. At that time, manufacturing comes back.

As an exampl, We will probably NEVER make TV's ever again in the numbers that we did....or stereos....all our clothes are made overseas...thats definitely not coming back :D...adn even if they did, the wage will be much much less

2006 labor participation=66%, unemployment=4.7, us population=298.4 million
2008 labor participation=66%, January UE=5.0%, December UE=7.3%, us population=304.1 million
2009 LP rate=65.7% in january, 64.6% in december, UE=7.8% in january, 9.9% in december, population=306.8 million
2011 LP=64%, UE=9.0%, population=311.7 million
2015 LP=62.6%, UE=5.0%, population=320.9 million
So from that we can tell that unemployment jumped from 5% under bush in january of 2008 to 7.8% under obama by the beginning of his presidency. At the end of his first year it was up to 9.9%. I don't think anyone is going to fault obama for that. He took over a train wreck of an economy at that point (better known as a recession). By 2011 he had it down to 9% but the labor participation rate had also fallen nearly 2%. As we currently sit, he has the unemployment back down to 5.0% but has dropped labor participation nearly another 2 percent.
My take on that is that he took over presidency at a shitty time. He had to wait for his unemployment numbers to rebound, if we want to give him credit for that. They were basically that low throughout bush's entire presidency until the recession. What differs is the participation rate. It remained mostly the same under bush whereas obama has had a deviation of 4%, the most under any presidency.
If that is too long to read, obama got the unemployment rate back down to where bush had it his entire presidency until the very last months, while also dropping the labor participation rate a record 4%. In other words, the US recovered from a recession under his presidency with plenty of them giving up on looking for jobs.

would also destroy the economy of many of our friends as wel who hold all of that debt......plus no one would EVER trust the word of the United States again..
HOWEVER I can see why Trump would think that this would be a sane course of action since he himself has left quite a few banks holding the bag as well when he declared his numerous bankruptcies and paid back his loans for pennies on the dollar

Reducing the number of jobs and requiring more entry level positions than move up the ladder jobs (75% of the jobs created under Obamas watch are minimum wage). the largest US debt holder is the American public ... oh by the way Obama had no problem fucking over GM bond holders. Trump has suggested negotiating the debt ... which cannot be paid. Obama obviously wants default. How can anyone justify borrowing more than 11 trillion or 4.2 billion a day to run a ten billion a day government.

Liberal working class people will one day realize that Obama has completely fucked them over. The wealthiest one percent of Americans have more than doubled their wealth and the top ten percent has realized a 40% increase in wealth. However - there 101,000,000 people who need assistance buying their food and 120,000,000 on some form of welfare and 98,000,000 us workers. Most of the 15,000,000 who no longer work are dependent on government or individuals to survive. Your a fool if you believe 4.7 unemployment ... Even Yellen said that is a bullshit number. I am glad for your enthusiasm and conviction for Obama but he is terrible when it comes to the economy and providing for working class people and excellent for the elite of the us population ... Overall, you make some very good points...no question that every year more and more people are going on food stamps but this has been trending in that direction way before Obama became Prez......Government handouts are going up across the board......and its going to get worst due to corporations not wanting to pay people what they are worth, increasing mechanization, and globalization.......none of those things are Obama's fault....
Another thing thats killing wages is the fact that the REPUBLICANS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DEMONIZED AND DESTROYED THE UNIONS...and because of this workers in the U.S. have much less bargaining power than they used to...union membership has sunk to an all time low.....and this is the result
