The idea is to have a high calories drink that you can drink fast and it wont fill you up too much, oatmeal would make the shake too thick and filling.

Sure but its in the form of natural sugar not processed refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup so you wont get fat, you want to test it out drink some honey before the gym and you will see that you have energy and look full and vascular in the mirror.

Finally somebody talks with sense the reason people are so fat because of the excessive amount of sugar they consume, go into the supermarket and everything is filled with sugar, cereals, sauces, snacks this cause your blood sugar to crash your hormones go out of whack causing you to overeat and this is stored as bodyfat add in the high sodium in the foods and now you are fat and bloated.
A calorie is not a calorie if you love your health, eating tons of oreos icecream pizza, mean you are getting tons of refined sugar, high amounts of polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils etc this means you are at a high risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, heat attack, add in some steroids and you will be PIP very soon.

True, the digestive system shits out excess and if you eat 7000 cals of anything over your calorific requirement in one day you will not gain 2lbs of fat. Your digestive system cant process it, if you do that every day you will soon start pilling on the lbs.

I actually have the Original recipe of Rheo Blair's Protein. It was handed down to me by my great grandfather. He used to frolic on Muscle Beach in the Golden Era.
The taste is delicious.

Why do I even bother, anyhow if you had any common sense you would realize that if you hda bunch of meals for the day and you are full and you start to force feed yourself for course you would store fat, that has nothing to do with insulin and more with greed lol, you are suppose to eat until you are full then stop.
