the reason its hard to put on weight with low carbs is because its not easy to over eat on protein, however if you eat excessive amounts of fat you will get fat.

True, the digestive system shits out excess and if you eat 7000 cals of anything over your calorific requirement in one day you will not gain 2lbs of fat. Your digestive system cant process it, if you do that every day you will soon start pilling on the lbs.

The only way to gain fat is to speed up your blood sugar levels by eating simple carbs throughout the day, if you eat slow digesting carbs your insulin levels are stable and you wont get fat, now if want to get ripped then simply keep your carbs low and protein and fat high you will release very little insulin and you will be shredded.

I actually have the Original recipe of Rheo Blair's Protein. It was handed down to me by my great grandfather. He used to frolic on Muscle Beach in the Golden Era.
The taste is delicious.
