nearly everytime ive tried a bulk up i gained just fat and water, but one time over a 5 week period i gained 5 pounds and my bf went down 1%
i did this by eating bodyweight X 15 witb a pro/carb/fat ratio of 40/40/20
so maybe it is the ideal, what you think fellas?

Everytime you bulk you put on fat and water, yet you use steroids so granted your gear is fake because your too much of a dumb cu nt to realise. If all your putting is fat and water on and your on DRUGS your gear is shit and you probably have no idea what your doing. Granted you will put water and fat on but muscle too but in your case it sounds like your JUST putting water and fat on hence yes, bunk shitty gear. Come back to us when you have a proper source and not just buying the cheapest garbage cos your a pov C unt

Yes, this is the ratio I aim for. Also, the lower the fat I go, the more full and ripped I get while increasing carbs.

Right now im 168 this morning, i stay on clean diet year round, no more dicking around bulking then cutting..just requires more work to get into shape, so im committed to staying in striking distance to competition condition all the time..right now i could probably be stage ready in 2 to 3 weeks..current photo from last week.

with that much protein its likely alot of it is getting turned into glucose anyway..so you're probably better off just eating more carbs

I dated a girl who owns a hair salon years ago and she told me not to wash my hair..only 1 time a week..has alot to do with natural oils, i style my hair usually with coconut oil, im also in the ocean all the time so i think the salt water is good for hair/skin most suffers have epic hair.

When you have a high carb meal you release a lot of insulin and insulin blocks growth hormone, most of your growth hormone is released at night while you sleep so having a low carb meal before bed will keep insulin levels low so it does not interfere with the fat burning growth hormone that is released at night.
