if you only eat 2-3 times a day, but pretty massive meals
supposedly that cant be used for muscle rebuilding optimally
the proton can only be used for a few hours to build muscle and after that magic time it turns into glucose and gets used for fuel/fat?
should i really try to have protons every 3 hours during the day?
i usually eat at 6-7 am, then lunch at 2 pm, then probably dinner at 9-10 pm
is it really true?

Honestly unless you are going to be a highly competitive bodybuilder don't stress so much.Obviously what you are doing now is working.3 big meals a day is fine.150 grams of protein a day is fine,I don't care what anyone says.

Depends on your goal if you are trying to get big then you need as much calories as possible and trying to eat more than 3 meals is a big pain so I only have 3 cooked meals but between those meals I have 3 high calories shakes bring my total to 6 for the day

as long as you get in the calories and macros that you need it could be in one meal or fifty meals and if makes ZERO fucking difference

You will remain anabolic on 3 meals daily because when you have a meal with protein carbs and fats it takes hours to digest so the way you have your meal plan right now is ok.

I'm not a fan of the emotional or social world but I love the physical world and my confidence is sky high in the gym/ring

The larger your meals are the longer it takes for them to digest.
So eat 3 large meals a day it's totally fine. Mauybe whey after workout.

Serge Nubret ate once a day in the evening, usually a large portion of lean (horse) meat with some vegetables.
I don't really think it makes a difference, 2 or 3 times a day just makes it easier to take in the calories.

Regarding his early death, i believe overweight played a big role along with the drugs. If a pro retires should slim down to healthy weights, give the internal organs have time to recover and regenerate. That was not his case, he played the size game until his early death.

If someone is on exogenous hormones and not competing, i believe eating 2-3 meals a day is enough. I never could do it because i am always hungry.
