if you only eat 2-3 times a day, but pretty massive meals
supposedly that cant be used for muscle rebuilding optimally
the proton can only be used for a few hours to build muscle and after that magic time it turns into glucose and gets used for fuel/fat?
should i really try to have protons every 3 hours during the day?
i usually eat at 6-7 am, then lunch at 2 pm, then probably dinner at 9-10 pm
is it really true?
