this is what i eat
1-2 hours before i have some greek fatty yoghurt
30 minutes before i have 2 scopes of pes high volume stacked with 1 scope of focus xt and 1 scope of creatine
during training ill have some water, or mountain dew
after training i have 40 grams of protein isolate + gummy bears
then a solid meal about 1 hour or so later
needless to say, i expect to put on a good 10 pounds in the next 6 weeks 8)

4 thick slices of back bacon (from the butchers not the shit from a supermarket that drinks to a third of the size when cooked) and a few slices of toast and 2 to 3 cups of tea in the hour before.
Pint of whole milk straight after then eat whatever I like till full.

a dole banana,a handful sunmaid rasins. and 6 oz smart organic tart cherry juice in that order spaced exactly 10 minutes apart my first set will commence exactly 10 minutes after the juice. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

than exactly 30 minutes after the last set i eat 4 scrambled eggs and 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar mixed in 8 oz of water at exactly 45 degrees.

Or chicken with spanokorizo
Post is 2 scoops mts whey or chicken rice and advocadoe

Before: double quarter pounder wit cheese
After: 2 scoop of whey protein and a can of tuna with horse radish

Just black coffee before. After, it's a healthy meal.

i got a great pump today so pes high volume is alright in my book.
afterwards i had some bad tasting chocolate whey isolate, reminded me of twinlab back in the day!!

EAS Post workout shake with 25 grams protein and about 45 grams carbs, mixed with 10 oz of chicory coffee.
Post - 1/2 cup of oats with fruits mixed in with 6 eggs whites, lean ham chunks, mushrooms, fat free cheese, some ketchup of salsa on top

Before? Nothing. After? Protein and fruit.

Coffee before,water during,eggs or eggwhites and oatmeal afterwards with more water.

Well....2 hours before-Salted Plain baked potato with 8oz of lean protein or 2 cups egg whites
As I walk in the gym door-2 regular rice crispy treats
Cream of rice and egg whites pwo
Hour later-Steamed chicken and brocc w/white rice from local chi restaurant

However, during my workout i like to eat one of those Wal-Mart whole rotisserie chicken's. Usually take a few bites between sets and a big bite during each set. Gym staff complained a while back about forks & knives and stuff so now i just use my bare hands.
... And i wash it down with a gallon of warm milk i carry around all day. Sometimes if it's been a warm day and im training in the late afternoon/early evening the milk gets a lil chunky, which i dont mind since it's a lil like eating egg-whites.

im up a couple of pounds, mostly water i would assume
but as you know bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint, you just have to keep building one brick at a time!!

Before :15iu novorapid, 50g maltodextrin in 400ml pineapple juice with 10g bcaa, 5g glutamine
During: Lucozade
After: 200g creamed rice, 250ml egg whites in pineapple juice
30mine later: normal meal
