havent done any box training for like 4-5 weeks now, so cant say for certain about the loss of punching power but i bet it is so :'(

One way arms would quickly catch up would be to substitute whatever you're doing for triceps with close grip bench using 10 sets of triples at 80%1RM - slowly progressing the weight. I think you'd be shocked to experience what high sets of low, heavy reps can do for tri size OVER TIME.

I have large chest and delt, but that's mostly wasted.. because I have shit arms.

One day he is going to say "get in da ring" to someone on here who lives close by and does/has boxed. He will chicken out in 5 minutes or make some claim that he can't box now because the 8 grams of deca he takes a week slows him down ::)

honestly? worse rthan mine. Kinda ruins the overall look, sadly. You have good delts, and tiny waist but arms arent as good and chest is not gifted with great shape.

I live in Tenement Housing on West Srodmiescie Street in my mom's basement in Warsaw. My name is Douglas "Dj181" James. I'm 47 years old. I believe in thinking about nobody except myself, and a 800 calorie diet and a rigorous exercise routine which consists mainly of me clicking the F5 key vigorously on my computer. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy from shadow boxing the night before and getting beat up by my reflection, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my seated hammer machine dips. I can do 5 quarter reps with 5 plates per side now. After I remove the ice pack I use some mascara that really brings out the color in my eyes when posting pics. In the shower I use dish soap from my mom's sink, then stick some cheese to the nutella I smeared on my genitals,, and while rinsing I let the dog lick the cheese/nutella combo off my balls. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I post on getbig about the fact that I have a better physique than a chubby 75 year old man. I then apply an alcohol swab to my left buttock and wince as I slowly inject an entire 10ml bottle of deca. Then I measure my arms, they are up to 12.75 inches. I then take a photo of my arms and start a thread on Getbig telling everyone they are now up to 16.75 inches. There is an idea of a DJ181. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no other person as great as me. I am beyond an entity. My muscles give off the illusion of being bigger because Gh15 told me so. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can admire my physique and feel self conscious that you are not as good looking as me, and maybe you can even sense my lifestyle is pretty enviable, but I simply am not ALL there.

For the record I think having huge delts is a great problem to have. In my opinion deltoids are one of the most important muscle groups.

7 sets for triceps (3 warm up, 2 work)
The less I do the more they grow...however I should say Im a reasonably heavy presser/rower so arms get indirectly worked here...

Barbell preacher curl - 1 arm at a time, hold BB in the middle, balancing it and the anti-rotation fries biceps/brachi.
1 set of 10 reps
1 set of 8 reps, dropped weight by 1/3 and went for 10, dropped weight and got 8+ partials
High cable double bicep shot curl
1 set of 13 reps
Done.

I train beyond failure in 3/4 of exercises, so 2-3 per bodypart is ample.
I find after an hour-90mins the ghrelin release, BS drop etc over rides the good feeling from training so time to call it a day.
Oh and yeah, it is all drugs...but if you have to keep reitterating that to yourself, then that says more about you than it does me...

For tris i did bent overpressdows rope pressdowns and machine dips total about 20 sets
Not trying but all the sudden str has exploded, on machine bench i could only do 190 for 2 today i did the stack of 250 for 3 easy peasy

I live in Tenement Housing on West Srodmiescie Street in my mom's basement in Warsaw. My name is Douglas "Dj181" James. I'm 47 years old. I believe in thinking about nobody except myself, and a 800 calorie diet and a rigorous exercise routine which consists mainly of me clicking the F5 key vigorously on my computer. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy from shadow boxing the night before and getting beat up by my reflection, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my seated hammer machine dips. I can do 5 quarter reps with 5 plates per side now. After I remove the ice pack I use some mascara that really brings out the color in my eyes when posting pics. In the shower I use dish soap from my mom's sink, then stick some cheese to the nutella I smeared on my genitals,, and while rinsing I let the dog lick the cheese/nutella combo off my balls. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I post on getbig about the fact that I have a better physique than a chubby 75 year old man. I then apply an alcohol swab to my left buttock and wince as I slowly inject an entire 10ml bottle of deca. Then I measure my arms, they are up to 12.75 inches. I then take a photo of my arms and start a thread on Getbig telling everyone they are now up to 16.75 inches. There is an idea of a DJ181. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no other person as great as me. I am beyond an entity. My muscles give off the illusion of being bigger because Gh15 told me so. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can admire my physique and feel self conscious that you are not as good looking as me, and maybe you can even sense my lifestyle is pretty enviable, but I simply am not ALL there.

Has anyone else ever noticed that often the fellows with well developed delts work them with comparatively light weights and high reps? There are three "heads" making up deltoid muscles, each requiring different movements. These three are the anterior, lateral, and posterior. It is very easy to overdo it on delts which sometimes results in an injury. Injuries really set you back.

Find a sports that is healthy and that you will enjoy and give up on taking selfies in front mirrors.

All these arm routines are over training if you do chins and lots of pressing you only need 3-4 good sets for arms if that. I say your over training your arm work out has more sets then Larry wheeler string routine.
