Do more sets for your bis/tris and use more intensity... they will get better/bigger... especially with gear.

but the funny thing is my boxing skills have taken a beating with the increased size strength

and i bet that i dont punch as hard now

One way arms would quickly catch up would be to substitute  whatever you're doing for triceps with close grip bench using 10 sets of triples at 80%1RM - slowly progressing the weight. I think you'd be shocked to experience what high sets of low, heavy reps can do for tri size OVER TIME.
