Conclusion:  Creatine supplementation can positively augment muscle hypertrophy in resistance-trained young adult men, particularly in the upper limbs.

Yes. It's so cheap right now, I don't even think about it. I use it mostly for the slight endurance boost it gives.

Creatine definitely worked for me by adding size in terms of bloat and a lot of strength.havent used in years but I did for about 10 years.last time I used it I benched 405 for 6 about 4-5 years  ago and without it I was getting 405 2-3.so strength wise for me it’s awesome.I only like using ore alkalyn as well 2 capsules for 1.5 grams a day.pumps were crazy as well.no creatine in 4-5 years and never will again. If you need to take something to be we’re you want to be it sucks so I’ve learned just do what your capable of and be happy with it.

I used to use Creatine Effervescent by FSI!! Best product out there!! Good gains, however, they would often go away once I stopped taking it. I have not used Creatine in about 4-5 years.

No reason not to use it as a lifter. Most don't even know
what all it does in the body that is positive.

no,,

as I said in 2005.. many years ago even in human terms.. no one of us in the ifbb touched this shit,, we dont use this crap it just take space from wht truly work which is and always will be hormones since its part of the human endrogenic system..

all an athletes needs = hormones

all the rest is a money maker for supplement companys

the reason I dont fight over it now dyas like i used to in past is because they pay me money.. NOT TO!

but its useless it truly is useless for a human that eats right.. and is on hormones.. even if i couldn't be on hormones i would prefer to be true natural than use creatine..

INB4 gh15 chimes in -

"do teh bodybuild nt understnd,,? Creatin make teh bodybuild all bloat,, useless product,,,, spend money on chickan and trenbolona,"

Anyway do you guys learn NOTHING FROM THE PAST? Elliot Rodger between his diet and supplementation was taking almost THREE SCOOPS of creatine a DAY. FAR BEYOND the recommended limit. It got to the point where they listed his BMW as a weapon when he killed all of those people at USC. This rampage was without a doubt due to the large amounts of creatine in his blood. Steer clear fellas thanks me later.

by the way the reason i woudnt use creatine even if truly natural has to do with the feel it gave me in the kidnys when using it.. it is not a good feel.. you can just feel tht the body doenst need it if its fed right,,

now yes if I'm in Hussein Obama kenya.. and im malnourished.. and im ths and that.. then yes i may be needing some bcaa before i even look in creatine.. but yes if malnourished and lack food and constantly sickly severely malnourished it can help since anything will help a malnourished human tht get very little protein

friends.. eat your damn papetti eggwhites.. drink them.. drink your pineapples.. eat your sushi and rice.. be on your hormones and do your bodybuild peacefully and responsibly,,

dont do drugs
dont drink
dont smoke

you will achieve longevity,,

Yes. Broscience is always stronger than real science just because of the low IQ of the people involved in this sport. Bodybuilders etc. believes whatever crap just because they don't have enough brain matter to evaluate the information which internet morons aka gurus are feeding to them. It make no difference if broscience killed Dallas & Piana not long time ago, it is still ruling this sport as always. Just deny all facts, just believe in fiction and bullshit, and all will be alright.. ;D

For a non-steroid lifter, it's the only supplement which can make a real ifference.

Though for some people it does not work, for myself it definitely makes me look fuller and have more energy.

No. Peptides and thermogenics make the difference for naturals not creatine. Even for naturals creatine is bullshit unless you're bulking i can see it giving you a little more water in the muscle to lift more weight in turn you're lifting more weight so you gain a bit more muscle during your bulk. Other than that it's completely useless.

i used to have gh15 similar opinions on creatine for more than a decade

however, after finalizing extensive (scientific) studies about sports physiology, I now believe a small 5gr/day contribution of creatine is of benefit to even the most heavy dopers out there.

and yes, respecting your kidney is a definitive must

It's the only supplement that worked for me. It made me stronger and muscles had a subjective tighter feel. No doubt I gain strength using it.

I stopped using it because of two reasons. The first was water retention. The second is my kidneys according to a medical blood and urine test started to come out of range. I believe creatine is excreted in the form of creatinine.  That might have thrown off the tests. All I know is my doc told me to stop using it and all my tests came back normal. The doctor thinks the kidneys were filtering that crap out of my system but the actually processed creatine could have been throwing off the test too.  Anyone get a bad kidney test due to muscle damage from training reference rhabdomyolysis?  Sometimes I wonder if the tests came back bad just from hard training.

Doing any strenuous exercise alone will increase creatinine levels. When having a medical check and vitals checked its recommended to not exercise or do anything strenuous for 48 hours before. It can also throw blood pressure off.

Fact of the matter is that most competitors, amateur and pro use it. They use a lot of other otc supplement bullshit too, but at least creatine is supported both by science and real world experience. This massive water retention many claim is mostly imaginary, it will make you gain about 1-2lbs if nothing else is changed and it's not subcutaneous.
Please show me a pic of someone suffering from creatine edema lol. It's fat fucks blaming their fatness on creatine.
It's an endogenous substance, if it wasn't made by the body it would be a vitamin.

The  hastily googled advices  this latest "GH15" puts out are simply not an accurate representation of what's happening chemically at the higher levels of bodybuilding or powerlifting.

He likes cooking in real lard, red meat, full fat milk etc, country boy diet. Nothing wrong with that necessarily.

Efferding's work with Hafthor ( Bjornsson ) was incredible,  he took him to a 970 lb  squat (raw of course) at a 440 pound bodyweight WITH A SIX PACK.

Stan's all about easily digested food so you can hit higher feeding frequency/ more calories.

My point wasn't really creatine specific, more a general slam of GH's bullshit.

Interesting tee-shirt in that instagram pic though LOL! I didn't know about that!

It's just fucking creatine, it's not food, though it can be foud in food, it's not drugs, though it can enhance drugs a little. Many pros use it, fact. Some only use sometimes because it's not at the top of the enormous list of stuff to take. It replaces nothing, it's just a tiny extra boost - so considering it costs nothing so why not throw down a teaspoon a day? Please, what is the downside to topping up your creatine stores, what? Water and "puff"? Please.

no,,

as I said in 2005.. many years ago even in human terms.. no one of us in the ifbb touched this shit,, we dont use this crap it just take space from wht truly work which is and always will be hormones since its part of the human endrogenic system..

all an athletes needs = hormones

all the rest is a money maker for supplement companys

the reason I dont fight over it now dyas like i used to in past is because they pay me money.. NOT TO!

but its useless it truly is useless for a human that eats right.. and is on hormones.. even if i couldn't be on hormones i would prefer to be true natural than use creatine..

sorry my friends.. you want truth? i give it,,

how do you know this

Supplementing creatine will elevate serum creatinine levels ... elevated creatinine levels normally indicate that kidney function is compromised, which is where the "creatine is bad for kidneys" myth originated

Cessation of supplementation will cause creatinine levels to return to baseline

And excercise also raises creatinine levels.

I take 2.5 grams post workout, if I do the recommended 5 grams, I get a epic moon face, but I do see fullness and strength gains when using it, not tremendous but theres definitely a difference. It's the one supplement that has been proven through numerous studies to absolutely work.

Might be true but the kidneys also filters out the supplement. That in it's self could be a problem to the kidneys.

Those are liver function tests

BUN/creatinine are the blood serum tests associated with kidney function

Under stood but AST, ALT And CKP can all be extremely elevated on blood work with strenuous activities. Especially if low carb diet and fasted.

You have to be retard to take creating while using high protein diet which again stresses the kidney. You gain water you piss it after use, only thing left is some kidney misery.  You have to be even more retard to use retard while taking hormones , more stress for kidney's for no reason. I tried it, minuscule strength gains  but had a worser moon face than a lot of guys abusing test lol

The crazy thing is that most pre workout supps contain creatine, and a lot of the protein powders sold at Walmart also contain creatine, some of these kids drink a few shakes a day, and pre workout once or twice a day, they are possibly getting 15-20 grams a day, that's some serious stuff.

on a healthy normal being.. high protein diet wil never stress the kidney.. on a sick one it will..

if the fella is healthy high protein diet is recommended by me.. and by healthy I mean no kidney issues.. I mean if you have ulcer in the stomack it has noting to do with high protein diet.. I'm talking only if yo uhave kidney issue.. any other way high protein diets are good.. and get better! the older you get if kidnys are ok..

ofcourse I don't talk bodybuild on hormones older.. I talk normal living older..

creatin in general is not good for kidnys and cause issues to many who take it..  they will come to yo uin the gymnazium at times and complain to you about this pains too.. its you my pupil the one who is responsible to let them know the lay off the creatine.. and relax..

creatine is not hormones.. it will! fuck up your kidnys eventually if used in high doses and consistently,, this shit does fuck kidnys its not testosterona..

ive found no study showing creatine to be dangerous to kidneys i challenge ANYONE to post a link to such a study.

if you cant then this is a good time to stop talking shit.

we cant have a msg board where people just post whatever they feel like and claim it is the gospel.

'creatine makes your head big' 'creatine give me a limp dick' 'creatine makes you mr olympia'

there need to be some facts otherwise it's pointless speculation and moronic rambling.

All current evidence shows that, for people with healthy kidneys, creatine does not impair their kidney health in any way. The evidence is collected in the [Human Effects Matrix using studies that measure other aspects of kidney health and see that they are essentially unchanged, meaning that creatinine is the only biomarker that is altered from creatine ingestion and it is considered to be harmless.

There is even evidence where in situations where the kidneys do not function optimally, such as this study in a man taking a large dose of creatine (20 grams) while only having one kidney functioning, there is still no damage seen.
