It's the only supplement that worked for me. It made me stronger and muscles had a subjective tighter feel. No doubt I gain strength using it.

I stopped using it because of two reasons. The first was water retention. The second is my kidneys according to a medical blood and urine test started to come out of range. I believe creatine is excreted in the form of creatinine.  That might have thrown off the tests. All I know is my doc told me to stop using it and all my tests came back normal. The doctor thinks the kidneys were filtering that crap out of my system but the actually processed creatine could have been throwing off the test too.  Anyone get a bad kidney test due to muscle damage from training reference rhabdomyolysis?  Sometimes I wonder if the tests came back bad just from hard training.

Yes... all my blood work come back AST/ALT elevated nothing else. Unless I take 10 days off gym then they are in range.

Fact of the matter is that most competitors, amateur and pro use it. They use a lot of other otc supplement bullshit too, but at least creatine is supported both by science and real world experience. This massive water retention many claim is mostly imaginary, it will make you gain about 1-2lbs if nothing else is changed and it's not subcutaneous.
Please show me a pic of someone suffering from creatine edema lol. It's fat fucks blaming their fatness on creatine.
It's an endogenous substance, if it wasn't made by the body it would be a vitamin.

Those are liver function tests

BUN/creatinine are the blood serum tests associated with kidney function

"GH15" obviously never attended a  pro bodybuilding OR elite powerlifting seminar....it's too bad that guys like Stan Efferding that are known for frank , open discussion of  REAL pro drug use in their seminars don't post here.

The  hastily googled advices  this latest "GH15" puts out are simply not an accurate representation of what's happening chemically at the higher levels of bodybuilding or powerlifting.

Efferding thinks creatine is shit. OTOH he thinks GH doesn't do much either.  :D But he is on it nevertheless  :D

He likes cooking in real lard, red meat, full fat milk etc, country boy diet. Nothing wrong with that necessarily.

All Chinese UG for him  :D

Efferding's work with Hafthor ( Bjornsson ) was incredible,  he took him to a 970 lb  squat (raw of course) at a 440 pound bodyweight WITH A SIX PACK.

Stan's all about easily digested food so you can hit higher feeding frequency/ more calories.

My point wasn't really creatine specific, more a general slam of GH's bullshit.

Interesting tee-shirt in that instagram pic though LOL! I didn't know about that!

It's just fucking creatine, it's not food, though it can be foud in food, it's not drugs, though it can enhance drugs a little. Many pros use it, fact. Some only use sometimes because it's not at the top of the enormous list of stuff to take. It replaces nothing, it's just a tiny extra boost - so considering it costs nothing so why not throw down a teaspoon a day? Please, what is the downside to topping up your creatine stores, what? Water and "puff"? Please.

no,,

as I said in 2005.. many years ago even in human terms.. no one of us in the ifbb touched this shit,, we dont use this crap it just take space from wht truly work which is and always will be hormones since its part of the human endrogenic system..

all an athletes needs = hormones

all the rest is a money maker for supplement companys

the reason I dont fight over it now dyas like i used to in past is because they pay me money.. NOT TO!

but its useless it truly is useless for a human that eats right.. and is on hormones.. even if i couldn't be on hormones i would prefer to be true natural than use creatine..

sorry my friends.. you want truth? i give it,,

Supplementing creatine will elevate serum creatinine levels ... elevated creatinine levels normally indicate that kidney function is compromised, which is where the "creatine is bad for kidneys" myth originated

Cessation of supplementation will cause creatinine levels to return to baseline

And excercise also raises creatinine levels.

I take 2.5 grams post workout, if I do the recommended 5 grams, I get a epic moon face, but I do see fullness and strength gains when using it, not tremendous but theres definitely a difference. It's the one supplement that has been proven through numerous studies to absolutely work.

Might be true but the kidneys also filters out the supplement. That in it's self could be a problem to the kidneys.

Under stood but AST, ALT And CKP can all be extremely elevated on blood work with strenuous activities. Especially if low carb diet and fasted.

You have to be retard to take creating while using high protein diet which again stresses the kidney. You gain water you piss it after use, only thing left is some kidney misery.  You have to be even more retard to use retard while taking hormones , more stress for kidney's for no reason. I tried it, minuscule strength gains  but had a worser moon face than a lot of guys abusing test lol

The crazy thing is that most pre workout supps contain creatine, and a lot of the protein powders sold at Walmart also contain creatine, some of these kids drink a few shakes a day, and pre workout once or twice a day, they are possibly getting 15-20 grams a day, that's some serious stuff.
