no,,

as I said in 2005.. many years ago even in human terms.. no one of us in the ifbb touched this shit,, we dont use this crap it just take space from wht truly work which is and always will be hormones since its part of the human endrogenic system..

all an athletes needs = hormones

all the rest is a money maker for supplement companys

the reason I dont fight over it now dyas like i used to in past is because they pay me money.. NOT TO!

but its useless it truly is useless for a human that eats right.. and is on hormones.. even if i couldn't be on hormones i would prefer to be true natural than use creatine..

sorry my friends.. you want truth? i give it,,

What about Milos, he uses it, and used it as part of his carb load before shows, he stated he would load up to 50 grams a day, 3 days leading up to a show. I also know for a fact Hide Yamagishi takes 10 grams post workout .

Yes. Broscience is always stronger than real science just because of the low IQ of the people involved in this sport. Bodybuilders etc. believes whatever crap just because they don't have enough brain matter to evaluate the information which internet morons aka gurus are feeding to them. It make no difference if broscience killed Dallas & Piana not long time ago, it is still ruling this sport as always. Just deny all facts, just believe in fiction and bullshit, and all will be alright.. ;D

what was the dosage?

(7 days, four doses of 0.3 g/kg per day)

whats that ? 4 doses = 1.2g per kg = 122grams per day?

For a non-steroid lifter, it's the only supplement which can make a real ifference.

Though for some people it does not work, for myself it definitely makes me look fuller and have more energy.

Haven't used it in about five years, but when I did I sure noticed the difference.

No. Peptides and thermogenics make the difference for naturals not creatine. Even for naturals creatine is bullshit unless you're bulking i can see it giving you a little more water in the muscle to lift more weight in turn you're lifting more weight so you gain a bit more muscle during your bulk. Other than that it's completely useless.

i used to have gh15 similar opinions on creatine for more than a decade

however, after finalizing extensive (scientific) studies about sports physiology, I now believe a small 5gr/day contribution of creatine is of benefit to even the most heavy dopers out there.

and yes, respecting your kidney is a definitive must

It's the only supplement that worked for me. It made me stronger and muscles had a subjective tighter feel. No doubt I gain strength using it.

I stopped using it because of two reasons. The first was water retention. The second is my kidneys according to a medical blood and urine test started to come out of range. I believe creatine is excreted in the form of creatinine.  That might have thrown off the tests. All I know is my doc told me to stop using it and all my tests came back normal. The doctor thinks the kidneys were filtering that crap out of my system but the actually processed creatine could have been throwing off the test too.  Anyone get a bad kidney test due to muscle damage from training reference rhabdomyolysis?  Sometimes I wonder if the tests came back bad just from hard training.

Doing any strenuous exercise alone will increase creatinine levels. When having a medical check and vitals checked its recommended to not exercise or do anything strenuous for 48 hours before. It can also throw blood pressure off.

Why do you compare a supplement to hormones?   Why not compare protein to test? Or insulin to Lanas egg whites?
